<h1><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">　　</b><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 18px;">1979年2月17日凌晨6點25分，中國人民解放軍從兩個方向(廣西、云南)對越南發(fā)起強大進攻，西南國境線上萬炮齊發(fā)，火光映天。數(shù)十個機場跑道邊上，早已準備就緒的上百架戰(zhàn)機立即滑出，起飛前往戰(zhàn)區(qū)。自衛(wèi)反擊戰(zhàn)第一天，人民解放軍空軍共出動飛機170批567架次。</b></h1><p><span style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(128, 128, 128);">?</span></p> <h1><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187);">　　</b><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 18px;">當年無數(shù)風華正茂的熱血青年為懲處襲擾中國西南邊疆，狂妄自稱“世界第三軍事強國”的越南，從廣西、云南突進越南境內(nèi)拉開對越自衛(wèi)還擊的序幕，并付出了相當大的犧牲。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size: 18px; font-size: 18px;">從2月17日凌晨發(fā)起攻擊至3月16日地面部隊凱旋而歸完全撤回境內(nèi)，歷時28天的整個自衛(wèi)反擊作戰(zhàn)期間，空軍共出動飛機3131批8500架次，平均每天112批304架次。</b></h1><p><br></p> <h1><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 18px;">毛主席早已下了定論：“我們進行戰(zhàn)爭的目的是為了遏制戰(zhàn)爭。”“人不犯我，我不犯人，人若犯我，我必犯人”這是轟炸機部隊嚴陣以待，出征巡航。</b></h1><p><br></p> <h1><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">這是攻擊地面目標的強擊機部隊，正在進行戰(zhàn)時出征巡航。</b></h1><p><br></p> <h1><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">　　</b><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 18px;">空軍先后出動198架運輸機、直升機，為地面部隊緊急空運228架次，運送人員1465名，作戰(zhàn)物資150余噸，包括從邊境向后方醫(yī)院搶運重傷員628名。后勤、工程機務(wù)等保障部門超強度工作，飛行保障良好率保持在95以上。</b></h1><p><br></p> <h1><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187);">　　</b><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 18px;">當時中國空軍主戰(zhàn)飛機是連美國都承認“是一種不錯的火炮平臺”的殲6戰(zhàn)機。</b></h1><h1><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 18px;"> 美國一份后來解密的軍方報告顯示，1979年1月中國空軍就開始軍事部署，此后在戰(zhàn)區(qū)部署的作戰(zhàn)飛機最多達900架，大部分是殲6，還有少量殲7、殲5、轟5和強5。當時越南空軍主力機型是60架米格-21戰(zhàn)機、20多架F-5戰(zhàn)斗機和A-37攻擊機，此外還有少量米格-19。而且當時越空軍從飛行員到地勤，包括指揮官，幾乎全部是由中國空軍培訓出來的。跟百架級規(guī)模的越南空軍相比，中國空軍占據(jù)絕對優(yōu)勢。</b></h1><h1><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 18px;"> 這是124團戰(zhàn)友劉海峰與張云忠在殲六飛機前站崗警戒。</b></h1><p><br></p> <h1><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">這是我國當時比較先進的殲七飛機，數(shù)量有限。1979年我軍殲-7裝備才七十多架，全部調(diào)往戰(zhàn)區(qū)，開戰(zhàn)前還緊急從成飛接收了5架新飛機；殲擊機主力依然是殲-6。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size: 18px; font-size: 18px;">這是人民空軍航空兵在祖國南疆戰(zhàn)斗巡航。在具體的戰(zhàn)術(shù)細節(jié)方面，在不違背不能出境作戰(zhàn)的前提下，空軍指戰(zhàn)員也是靈活善變，游刃有余。比如使用殲-7在戰(zhàn)區(qū)高空進行超音速飛行，故意產(chǎn)生強大的音爆震懾敵人。在陰雨天氣下，云層高度不足200米時，依然調(diào)集有經(jīng)驗的飛行員，進行威懾巡邏。</b></h1><p><br></p> <h1><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 第一，所有兵種和裝備的使用都是圍繞作戰(zhàn)目標進行的。往小了說是狠狠懲罰“小娃娃不聽話，弄他一下”；往大了說是通過教訓蘇聯(lián)扶持下野心日益膨脹的越南，打擊蘇聯(lián)霸權(quán)主義在全球的影響力，改善我國周邊惡劣的地緣環(huán)境態(tài)勢，為改革開放發(fā)展經(jīng)濟鋪平道路。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 為達成這個戰(zhàn)略目標，就需要作戰(zhàn)穩(wěn)、準、狠，打疼越南的同時控制戰(zhàn)爭規(guī)模，避免蘇聯(lián)過早反應(yīng)而直接介入作戰(zhàn)，甚至入侵中國北方邊境以“圍魏救趙”。所以當時雖然在戰(zhàn)區(qū)集結(jié)了八百架左右的戰(zhàn)機，卻并未直接參加戰(zhàn)斗，以控制戰(zhàn)爭規(guī)模。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 第二，中央軍委對空軍任務(wù)說的很明確：在中越邊境加強巡邏警戒，隨時準備殲滅入侵之敵，一般不越出國境作戰(zhàn)。時任空軍司令員的張廷發(fā)根據(jù)中央軍委的意圖，提出“挽弓待發(fā)，先聲奪人”的作戰(zhàn)方針，在戰(zhàn)區(qū)上空我方一側(cè)組織聲勢浩大的空中巡邏進行威懾，越南空軍開戰(zhàn)前三天沒有一架飛機敢起飛，第四天開始才有零星飛機起飛，并依然遠離戰(zhàn)區(qū)。我軍地面部隊戰(zhàn)斗時，完全沒有被敵人飛機騷擾或轟炸，大大消除了對空顧慮，士氣倍增。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 這也是我軍八一起義建軍以來，人民軍隊征戰(zhàn)無數(shù)，己方完全掌握制空權(quán)，揚眉吐氣頭一回啊！</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 第三，從戰(zhàn)役戰(zhàn)術(shù)具體安排上，當年空軍也做好了充足的準備。除了裝備，還特別從全空軍范圍內(nèi)抽調(diào)了9個作戰(zhàn)小組和11個目標引導組，派往各級陸軍前線指揮部，以解決空地協(xié)同作戰(zhàn)問題。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 第四，雖然沒有飛出國境直接作戰(zhàn)，但是執(zhí)行了諸多照相、電子偵察和電磁干擾任務(wù)，為地面部隊提供了有力情報支持。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 我軍戰(zhàn)機執(zhí)行的諸多偵察任務(wù)獲取了大量珍貴的實時目標情報，強有力支援了地面部隊作戰(zhàn)。即使沒有與越南空軍發(fā)生直接空戰(zhàn)，也沒有向敵人發(fā)動空中打擊，但是當涂有八一飛翼的戰(zhàn)鷹從前線戰(zhàn)士們的頭上一次次呼嘯而過，戰(zhàn)士們無疑會得到莫大的鼓舞和安慰。</b></h1><p><br></p> <h1><b style="font-size: 18px;
