對圖像引導(dǎo)體部伽瑪?shù)?/u>有深入研究，專注以下腫瘤：

1.肺癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、腎及腎上腺惡性腫瘤、骨腫瘤（原發(fā)/轉(zhuǎn)移）、縱隔腫瘤、靜脈系統(tǒng)癌栓（上/下腔靜脈、門靜脈等）、頭頸部轉(zhuǎn)移瘤、橫紋肌肉瘤、肝血管瘤、脊索瘤等的圖像引導(dǎo)體部伽瑪?shù)吨委煛?

2. 其他腫瘤診治

直腸癌、食管癌、乳腺癌、宮頸癌、腦轉(zhuǎn)移瘤、腦膠質(zhì)瘤的放療及綜合治療。

肺結(jié)節(jié)診斷與治療。

三、科普工作（平臺與影響力）

美篇號“放療醫(yī)生李崇國”閱讀量超過319萬，發(fā)表醫(yī)學(xué)科普和人文文章1285篇，粉絲1.3萬（截至2025年6月）。

在“西部放射治療協(xié)會”、“通用醫(yī)療三六三醫(yī)院”、“腫瘤信息”、“放療圈”、“放療前沿”等十余個微信公眾號發(fā)表腫瘤科普文章及放療指南解讀課件。

目前，“西部放射治療協(xié)會”公眾號發(fā)表《放射治療：腫瘤治療利器》系列科普文章23篇，其中6篇被西部放射治療協(xié)會推薦至“天府科技云”及四川省科協(xié)官網(wǎng)。

多次接受《四川日報》《成都日報》《成都商報》《家庭生活報》《大眾健康報》《封面新聞》等多家媒體專訪。

2022年入選《家庭與生活報》新年特刊“十大面孔呈現(xiàn)”。

參編《實用脊柱腫瘤學(xué)》《現(xiàn)代臨床內(nèi)科》《共生：與腫瘤相伴》（副主編）《伽瑪?shù)吨委熓謨浴?/b>。

參與編寫《頭部伽瑪?shù)吨委煼蜗侔┠X轉(zhuǎn)移瘤專家共識》、《放射外科治療后放射性腦損傷診斷、預(yù)防與治療的中國專家共識》。

發(fā)表論文20余篇，其中《The Application Research of Optical Flow Method in Target Volume Motion Image Registration》被IEEE iCBBE2010收錄（EI/ISTP索引）。

六、學(xué)術(shù)會議報告（重要演講）

2021年第三屆伽瑪?shù)秾W(xué)術(shù)年會：《肝癌在圖像引導(dǎo)下的體部伽瑪?shù)吨委煛穼W(xué)術(shù)報告。

2024年第四屆全國伽瑪?shù)秾W(xué)術(shù)年會：作為籌備組成員、評委，作《圖像引導(dǎo)體部伽瑪?shù)杜R床應(yīng)用》學(xué)術(shù)報告。

在“2025年伽瑪射束立體定向放療學(xué)術(shù)年會暨伽瑪?shù)斗派渫饪浦委煒?biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)與規(guī)范化診療研討會”，被聘為“2025第二屆全國伽瑪射束立體定向放射治療案例演講競賽”評委以及學(xué)術(shù)會議主持人，參加圓桌會議。

2024年西部放射腫瘤學(xué)大會：作《多模態(tài)圖像引導(dǎo)體部伽瑪?shù)兜膭┝繉W(xué)特征及臨床實踐》學(xué)術(shù)報告。

2024年中國醫(yī)師協(xié)會肝癌年會：參與《肝癌立體定向放射治療專家共識（初稿）》討論和《原發(fā)性肝癌診療指南（2024年版）外放療部分的解讀》討論。

七、科研項目（國家級課題）

參與國家重點研發(fā)計劃《常見腫瘤精準(zhǔn)診療國產(chǎn)設(shè)備示范應(yīng)用模式研究》。

國家“十三五”項目《體部伽瑪?shù)吨委熢l(fā)性肝癌的療效評價研究》及“自適應(yīng)治療計劃系統(tǒng)研發(fā)”課題專家。

八、書畫成就

1. 藝術(shù)活動

書畫作品參加全國性大賽并獲獎，入編20余部書畫集，發(fā)表于中央電視臺書畫頻道、《中國書畫報》、《中國網(wǎng)》等400余家媒體。

書畫作品已經(jīng)十八次被國家郵政部門制成郵幣卡發(fā)行；作品被海內(nèi)外收藏。

2. 公益捐贈

2020年捐贈價值30萬元書畫作品，支援援鄂醫(yī)療隊隊員。

書畫作品被西部放射治療協(xié)會選為放療界泰斗殷蔚伯教授九十大壽壽禮。
