我還走了其他功能區(qū)，看到了出售產(chǎn)權(quán)的居家戶型和只租不賣的租賃區(qū)域，目前當(dāng)屬酒店模式挺火。總的感覺，福星御泉坊康養(yǎng)中心建筑結(jié)構(gòu)整體有前瞻性。眾所周知海南多為候鳥，一個園區(qū)既有與三甲醫(yī)院合作，也有傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)坐診，取藥，煎藥一條龍。重視康復(fù)，有運動師專業(yè)指導(dǎo)。真的很不錯了。能不能在交通不夠便利的現(xiàn)狀下脫穎而出，就是持續(xù)服務(wù)品質(zhì)和目前尚吸引眼球的性價比了。????

距離福星御泉坊康養(yǎng)中心不遠(yuǎn)處也有一所建筑，看到了記錄著此地負(fù)氧離子含量。頓時聯(lián)想到大城市經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的霧霾和污染，也想到今年沒來的朋友，頓生感慨。空氣清新如詩，何來百病憂愁？

依稀看見吊羅山，福星御泉坊目前交通尚不方便，帶著些許疑問，我在尋找班車表和租賃車表。同時看到了創(chuàng)始人介紹，我重視的不是母女兩代人都有黨政光環(huán)，更看重運營五年以上口碑相傳的先例。蛇年祈福！！
