<p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 在過去的印象中，農村干部一般大多是工作作風簡單粗暴，甚至通過連訓代罵的方式而推動工作。沒想到在這次整理家譜時，聽族人說我族五服內的族兄張永全，在1997年至1999年當村支書時，為了修通村里七道梁六條溝的盤山路，減輕村民的勞作負擔，通過編順口溜的辦法組織和動員群眾，并在村里走到哪說到哪，很有鼓動性。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 以前只知道這位族兄在正月里鬧秧歌時，當艄公是一把好手，未料到只是初中畢業、文化水平不高的永全兄還會編順口溜，并用這種形式來鼓舞動員群眾，確實令人刮目相看。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 由于用老百姓喜聞樂見的這種形式宣傳發動，說的又都是大實話，村民很容易接受，為此工作進展很順利，修路基本上沒有遇到阻力。在沒有上級資助的情況下，長峪村依靠村民義務投工，不到二年就修通了七道梁上的45華里盤山路，使車能開到地頭，大大方便了村民種地，也增加了全村農民種地的積極性，擴大了種地面積。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);
