<p class="ql-block">“Hi，Shining kids！<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">你好，閃光的小孩</span>！”</p><p class="ql-block"> 無論是剛剛邁出家門、進入幼兒園的新生，還是已經熟悉了集體生活，升入新學年的老生，走入金秋九月的校園，便意味著<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">新希望的啟航</span>。現在，讓我們回顧一下這充滿歡笑和成長的一周吧！</p><p class="ql-block">Whether new kids or old students，entering the campus of September in the golden autumn, it means the departure of new hope. Now, let's look back on a week full of laughter and growth.</p> 準備好的環境 <p class="ql-block"> 在孩子們到來之前，我們的園丁便開始忙碌著<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">將教室打掃干凈</span>，布置上嶄新的班級互動墻飾。值日生榜、區角標志、班級作品區……教室的每一個角落都<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">等待著孩子們用成長的印記來點亮</span>。</p><p class="ql-block">Before the children arrived, our teacher was busy cleaning up and decorating the classroom. </p><p class="ql-block">Every corner of the classroom is waiting for the children to light up with the mark of growth.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 新學期我們在已有的七大功能教室基礎之上，增添了<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">蒙氏操作區和英文繪本閱讀區</span>，投放感官與數學教具、英文經典繪本書籍各百余種。同時填充了烘焙教室、科學教室、美術教室以及室內運動的器械材料。</p><p class="ql-block">This semester, we have added Montessori area and English reading area, and put more than 100 kinds of sensory and mathematics teaching aids and English story books. At the same time, it is filled with new materials for baking room, science room, art room and indoor sports.</p> 準備好的課程 <p class="ql-block"> 這一周，我們分別召開了語言、思維、藝術、自然、蒙氏操作、外教體能等<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">各課程組的教研</span>，為本學期教育教學的計劃與實施做了好了充分的準備。尤其是關于外教體適能活動，我們特意請到了<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">小學的外教 PE老師，共同探討幼兒基礎動作的發展規律和訓練技巧</span>。</p><p class="ql-block">This week, we held several teaching seminars for different subjects，made full preparations for teaching this semester. We specially invited PE, a foreign teacher from primary school, to discuss the development rules and training skills of children's basic movements.</p> 準備好的幼兒 <p class="ql-block"><span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 新的教室環境、新朋友、新玩具、新的班級規則</span>……一切對孩子們來說有一些陌生、有一些新奇，也充滿了挑戰。</p><p class="ql-block"> 這一周的時間，老師帶著大家<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">探索、感受、大膽嘗試</span>，相信孩子們有能力在接下來的幼兒園生活里解鎖這些新的技能和樂趣。</p><p class="ql-block">New classroom environment, new friends, new toys, new class rules. Everything is strange, novel and challenging for children.</p><p class="ql-block">During this week, our teacher takes everyone to explore, feel and try boldly, believing that the children will be able to unlock these new skills and fun in kindergarten.</p> 準備好的家長園地 <p class="ql-block"> 家園共育對有效實施教育策略、促進幼兒健康成長有至關重要的作用。一直以來，<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">家園聯系欄</span>也是我們很重要的教育陣地。</p><p class="ql-block"> 本學期我們成立了四個新小班，不但對每個孩子做了<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">一對一訪談記錄</span>，還通過一周的<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">溫和過渡</span>讓幼兒園和小朋友以及家長們都產生了鏈接。通過及時的<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">微信反饋</span>，我們掌握了孩子和家長的適應情況，在接下來的日子里我們便能更好地與家長攜手，讓孩子們慢慢融入到集體生活中，實現跨出家門、走向獨立的第一步！</p><p class="ql-block">Home co-education plays a vital role in effectively implementing educational strategies and promoting the healthy growth of young children. All along, the Home contact Bar is also a very important educational position for us.This semester, we set up four new small classes, which not only recorded one-on-one interviews with each child, but also made links between kindergarten and children as well as parents through a week of mild transition.
