藝術創作實踐的淬火（代序）文/韓志晨1986年，我結束了十六年的軍旅生涯，脫掉了熟悉的綠軍裝，到吉林省電視臺電視劇部工作。如果說，童年的苦難生活磨礪了我，部隊的大熔爐冶煉了我，那么，此后豐富多彩的創作實踐則讓我不斷地淬火，漸漸形成了自己的創作風格，豐富了自己的作品長廊。初進電視臺，爭強好勝的我自己感覺對聲畫藝術缺少了解，就開始惡補電影語言的語法知識，熟悉鏡頭、畫面語言、蒙太奇、聲音元素，以及聲畫關系等專業知識，我在主辦文藝專欄的同時，也開始執導《生命樹》《生命的秋天》等專題片，在全國和省內都獲了不少獎。為了切實提高自己的文學素養和藝術素養，我在職進入吉林大學讀書，系統地閱讀中外文學名著。從1987年到現在，在近三十年的時間里，我和大哥志君一起創作了電視劇《籬笆、女人和狗》《轆轤、女人和井》《古船、女人和網》“農村三部曲”等和《大腳皇后》《大唐女巡按》等多部電影；還獨立創作了《三請樊梨花》《小鎮女部長》《風雪桅桿山》等百余集電視劇和十多電影作品。每當聽到大街上“星星還是那顆星星”的歌聲，看到書房里國際、國內的各種獎杯和獲獎證書，我都常想自己作為一個出身于平民百姓家庭的苦孩子窮孩子，能成為一個從事專業影視創作的文學藝術工作者，真應當感謝五彩斑斕的生活，感謝多種多樣的創作實踐。“不積跬步，無以至千里；不積小流，無以成江海”，若沒有在藝術創作實踐中的不斷淬火，就不可能有我的今天和我的那些作品。慶祝中華人民共和國建國60周年的時候，國家廣電總局和中國電視劇藝術委員會表彰了60位有突出貢獻的藝術家，我與哥哥名列其中。成就的光環，只屬于過去，未來的道路遙遠而漫長，契訶夫有句話說得特別好：“藝術家得永遠工作，永遠思考。”“要在一個很長的時期里天天訓練自己。”“用盡氣力鞭策自己。”“讓自己的手和腦子習慣于紀律和急行軍。”他還說：“要尊重你自己，在腦子犯懶的時候別讓兩只手放肆！”我常把他的這句話銘記于心，提醒自己一定要在藝術創作的實踐中不斷經受淬火。如果我們把藝術家比作孫悟空，那么藝術創作的實踐便是太上老君的煉丹爐，那里是可以煉出藝術創作的“火眼金睛”的地方。在未來長長的創作途中，我當樂此不疲！（摘自原文《獨白》一章節）
