  12位青年教師任教年級橫跨高中低三個學段,老師上課的課題涉及數(shù)與計算、圖形與幾何、概率與統(tǒng)計、綜合與實踐四個領域。課例涉及面廣,有幫助學生構建知識體系的概念教學;有探索性的規(guī)律性質(zhì)教學;有培養(yǎng)學生幾何思維的圖形教學:有思維分析與拓展培養(yǎng)的綜合與實踐教學;有公式推導的推理教學;也有認識對稱軸對稱的圖形運動教學。

  12位青年教師任教年級橫跨高中低三個學段,老師上課的課題涉及數(shù)與計算、圖形與幾何、概率與統(tǒng)計、綜合與實踐四個領域。課例涉及面廣,有幫助學生構建知識體系的概念教學;有探索性的規(guī)律性質(zhì)教學;有培養(yǎng)學生幾何思維的圖形教學:有思維分析與拓展培養(yǎng)的綜合與實踐教學;有公式推導的推理教學;也有認識對稱軸對稱的圖形運動教學。

參賽老師的教學各具特色,教學方法靈活多樣。他們熟練運用多媒體設備,信息技術能力體現(xiàn)強。課堂上,注重學生良好學習品質(zhì)和習慣的培養(yǎng);善于引導學生學習,以問題為導向,以學定教;課堂評價反饋語言豐富準確;課堂生成處理得當。學生在教師的引導下積極思考,思維活躍,形成了濃郁的學習氛圍。

  每堂課后,評委會針對老師的課堂進行提問,提問指向教學設計和教學實施過程中老師的設計意圖和實施策略;涉及青年教師的教學觀、師生觀、課程觀、師德師風等核心觀念;同時也考查選手應急處理課堂突發(fā)狀況以及協(xié)調(diào)各種關系的能力,既考選手“智商”“情商”也考“逆商”。

  評委綜合參賽老師各科目的成績,按比例評選出一等獎和二等獎若干名,并向獲獎青年老師及其“師傅”頒發(fā)榮譽證書,以資鼓勵。
