Listening and evaluating lessons in Qingfeng experimental junior middle school.清豐縣實驗初級中學(xué)聽評課 　　In order to implement the "double reduction" policy, effectively improve the core literacy and teaching ability of English teachers in primary and secondary schools, and promote the overall improvement of English Teaching in primary and secondary schools, Zhang Yanliang and Yuan Feili, English teachers and researchers of the teaching and Research Office of Qingfeng County Bureau of Education, went to Qingfeng County experimental junior middle school to listen to Su Jingcai, Hao Lijuan, Feng Yuling, Chen Jing, Zhang Yanmin Jiang Lei, Chen Tingting, Li Yangai, Wang Hongmei and other teachers. On the morning of the 26th, the school organized all English teachers to carry out a special class evaluation activity of "practicing the double reduction policy and creating an efficient classroom". 為落實“雙減”政策，切實提高中小學(xué)英語教師的核心素養(yǎng)和教學(xué)能力，促進中小學(xué)英語教學(xué)的整體提升，2021年11月22日至26日清豐縣教育局教研室英語教研員張彥良、袁斐麗到清豐縣實驗初級中學(xué)推門聽課，分別聽取了蘇靜彩、郝麗娟、馮玉玲、陳靜、張艷敏、姜磊、陳婷婷、李艷改、王紅梅等老師的課。26日上午，組織學(xué)校全體英語教師開展了“踐行雙減政策打造高效課堂”的專題評課活動。 　　The teachers carefully prepared each class to fully mobilize the initiative of each student. Each class is wonderful and bright。 講課的老師們精心準(zhǔn)備每節(jié)課，充分調(diào)動每位學(xué)生的積極主動性。每節(jié)課都精彩紛呈，亮點不斷。 　　Mr. Zhang Yanliang pointed out that the characteristic of efficient classroom teaching is to return the classroom to the students to the greatest extent, give full play to the students' subjectivity, initiative and creativity, and let the students "move, move and move". The most popular way is to let learning, progress and growth "happen" to the students. 張彥良老師指出高效課堂教學(xué)的特征就是最大限度地把課堂還給學(xué)生上，發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體性、主動性和創(chuàng)造性，讓學(xué)生“身動、心動、神動”，最通俗地說就是讓學(xué)習(xí)、進步和成長“發(fā)生”在學(xué)生身上。 　　Efficient classroom teaching should achieve "three stresses and three noes": three stresses are easy to mix up, easy to make mistakes and easy to miss. "Speaking" does not mean explaining, but pointing. "Three noes" is the non teaching that students learn from themselves; Students don't talk much through the seminar; Teachers who need students to do something will not do it. 高效課堂教學(xué)要做到“三講三不”：三講是一講易混點，二講易錯點，三講易漏點。“講”不等于講解，而是點撥。“三不”是學(xué)生自學(xué)會的不教；學(xué)生通過討論會的不多講；學(xué)生需要動手的教師不包辦代替。 　　Mr. Zhang and Ms. Yuan also put forward the main problems in the class, and also talked about the solutions and methods. 張老師和袁老師在評課時也提出了課堂存在的主要問題，同時也談到了解決策略與方法。 　　Through this class listening and evaluation activity, the teachers gained a lot and found their own shortcomings. This activity strengthened the teachers' confidence in future education and teaching and pointed out the teaching direction. 通過本次聽評課活動，老師們收獲滿滿，同時也找到了自己的不足，本次活動增強了老師們對以后教育教學(xué)的信心、指明了教學(xué)方向。
