下午第一節(jié),海島中心小學(xué)蔣秋勝教導(dǎo)給大家作了題為《農(nóng)村小班化數(shù)學(xué)課堂教學(xué)有效性研究》的講座。他結(jié)合自己在日常教學(xué)中的體悟和積累的經(jīng)驗(yàn),從“課前導(dǎo)學(xué)練習(xí)”、“課內(nèi)精講博練”和“課外分層精練”三個(gè)方面為老師們講述了“如何對(duì)作業(yè)進(jìn)行有效改進(jìn),豐富作業(yè)形式,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,使數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)深度延伸?”使老師體會(huì)到“教者若有心,學(xué)者必得益”,只要轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,多花一份心思,精心設(shè)計(jì)出適合不同層次學(xué)生的練習(xí),就能提高學(xué)生的積極性。
