color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 對手術過程的回憶 </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 1.在沒有進入手術室之前，要先到第一程序的室內等待。在這里需要做的事即是：術者需躺在推行床上戴上一次性帽子和口罩；由醫務人員詢問術者信息后懸掛順序牌；給術者扎上手腕針頭，懸掛好配伍好的手術用液體；所有術者等待順序進入各個手術室。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 2.按順序推入手術室。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 3.我被推入手術室最先入耳的是悠悠纏綿的輕音樂，它能給術者一種愉悅心情，綬解術者心理壓力。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 4.上手術臺麻醉（因腰椎骨質增生，椎間隙小，麻醉給藥近30分鐘）。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 5.最熱鬧的就數實施手術了。術間只聽得電鋸聲、電鉆聲和錘子敲打聲不斷。在術前我已了解了怎樣手術的大致過程，我知道這就是對我膝關節頂端處進行鋸切、鉆眼以及鑲嵌假體處理所做的手術。聲音此起彼伏不斷變換，猶入一個正在工作的修理車間。盡管聲音有些刺耳不是美妙的，但卻是這些白衣使者們在為患者精心雕鑿他們的作品，為患者去疾帶福的辛勞踐行。手術中還聞到了一種刺鼻的氣味，有點像粘接東西的膠水味道。待手術結束后我問醫生答到，這就是用粘和劑在調和骨水泥，用于處理假體與骨胳的粘和面。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 以上這些程序進行之后，就應該是清創和縫合刀口工作了。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 這次手術除非常成功之外，還有最為滿意的，就是術后無痛感。一個劃開15公分左右的刀口，術后無痛感，是對患者精神的極大欣慰。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 這次手術主刀是黃華揚副院長和王慶醫生、席醫生兩位助手及諸位醫護人員，我誠摯的感謝他們。 </b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 進水如饑似渴</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 術前一天護士告知我，晚10時后不得飲入食水。加上次日術后6個小時，共計有23個小時沒進食水啦。個人術后最為不適的就是口干舌燥，嗓子發啞，急需喝水，現在的感覺飲食不如進水重要。</b></p> <p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 骨科醫院病員多、床位緊張，真是“一床難求”。據我住院至今一周時間所見，當天住院，次日早手術就出院的大有人在。我的病房三張床，一周內就出入5名患者了。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px;
