We need our tongue to form words and talk while at the same time it is used as part of our ability to taste things.</p><p>The tongue is a type of muscle and it is attached to the bottom of our mouths. The upper or top section of the tongue is covered with tiny little taste buds that contain what is called ‘taste receptors’. These help to taste the food and liquids that we consume.</p><p>There are between 3,000 and 10,000 taste buds on the human tongue.</p><p>When you look at your tongue you can see little bumps all over it. These are called ‘papillae /p?'p?l?/’ 小突起and our taste buds actually sit on top of the papillae. We can’t see the taste buds with our eyes but they are visible under a microscope.</p><p>We taste using the five perceptions or elements: sour, salty, sweet, bitter and savory /?se?v?ri/可口的 (or umami /u??mɑ?mi/ ).</p><p>All of the different tastes can be detected anywhere on our tongues.</p><p><br></p> <p>晚上加班，太晚回家沒有準備太多的食物，下次再玩個豐富的！</p> <p><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">Banana/Apple yogurt</b></p> <p>Let's make Apple yogurt. It's good for health. We need one fresh apple. Can you help me take it out? </p><p><br></p><p>Wash the Apple and pat them dry.</p><p><br></p><p>I'll use the knife to peel apple. Now, you can help me cut apple into chunks （塊）.</p><p>我來給蘋果削皮。現在你可以幫我切塊。</p><p><br></p><p>Let's peel the orange. Then, separate（分離） each section of oranges. Now, remove seeds from them.</p><p>讓我們把橘子剝皮，分瓣，去籽。</p><p><br></p><p>Pour some yogurt in the jar. Add orange sections, apple chunks.</p><p>Turn on the machine/juicer/blender.</p><p><br></p><p>Let's put the strainer（過濾器） over a bowl and pour puree（泥） over it. Done, you made the apple yogurt.
