<h1 style="text-align: left;">　　陽光融和醫院兒童重癥監護室（PICU）成立于2019年，嚴格遵循醫院提出的高起點、高標準、嚴要求的建科理念打造。PICU擁有國內先進的有創及無創生理功能監護設備及生命支持設備，設有配備重癥監護和治療設備的病床10張，其中包括負壓病房2張。先后收到錦旗十余面。科室現有醫護人員24人，其中主任醫師2人，副主任醫師4人，主治醫師6人，住院醫師2人，護理人員10人。</h1><h3><br></h3> <h1> PICU為29天至14歲的危重癥患兒提供優質、高效的醫療服務。主要收治膿毒血癥、呼吸衰竭、急性呼吸窘迫綜合征、重癥肺炎、各種休克、嚴重心律失常、嚴重心力衰竭、昏迷、癲癇持續狀態、重癥腦炎、心臟術后、腦科術后、急性肝腎功能衰竭、重癥溶血性貧血、嚴重DIC、嚴重糖尿病酮癥酸中毒、外科危重癥和疑難重癥患者術前、術后監護患兒及中毒、溺水、車禍等意外傷害患兒。開展床旁超聲、心臟彩超、X光片檢查和床旁血液凈化、腦電監測、支氣管鏡檢查及肺內介入治療。今年開展多次連續性腎臟替代治療（CRRT），并先后成功治療嚴重膿毒血癥、急性腎衰竭、重癥有機磷中毒患兒。</h1> <h3><font color="#167efb"><u><b>支氣管鏡異物取出術治療氣管異物患兒</b></u></font></h3> <h3><b><u><font color="#167efb">床旁纖維支氣管鏡異物取出術治療支氣管異物、窒息患兒</font></u></b></h3> <h3><font color="#167efb"><b><u>呼吸機輔助呼吸及血液灌流治療有機磷農藥中毒患兒</u></b></font></h3> <h3><font color="#167efb"><u><b>血液凈化治療膿毒癥+重癥腦炎患兒</b></u></font></h3> <h3><font color="#167efb"><u><b>持續腎臟代替治療急性腎功能衰竭患兒</b></u></font></h3> <h3><font color="#167efb"><b><u>血液凈化+呼吸機輔助通氣治療心臟術后低心排+右心衰竭患兒</u></b></font></h3> <h3>　　新技術項目的開展為兒童危重癥開辟了新的治療前景，明顯減輕患兒痛苦，降低了患兒住院時間及住院費用，提高了患兒搶救成功率，減輕了患兒家庭經濟負擔，贏得了患兒家庭的充分信賴。 PICU已經迅速成長為山東省極具影響力的兒童重癥團隊，在應對突發事件方面具有豐富經驗和技術、人才保障。愿我們的成長與進步，能更大可能保障患兒的生命安全，愿我們的付出與努力，可以換來更多家庭的歲月靜好。<br></h3> <h1><b><font color="#ff8a00">科室團隊介紹</font></b></h1> <p style="max-width: 100%;
