color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">學徒日記</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> </b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 一九七三年夏天的一個清晨，朝霞滿天，天剛蒙蒙亮。只見一個黒影，推著一輛代車子，車上裝滿了木頭，快步從廠西門出來，剛走出不遠，只聽見后面一個人大聲喊著:″站住，你是什么人？小偷，你膽也太大了？竟敢用代車子往家推東西？"聽著喊聲，我停下腳步，扶著代車子站在那里。那個人快步走過來。走近一看，只見這個人怒氣沖沖，二目圓睜，原來是守衛的老師傅。見此情景，我笑著說:″老師傅，對不起！是我錯了，我應該提前跟你打招呼，這不是往家偷的，我是福利處油工，我們要給新蓋的廠招待所大樓做防水，這木頭是熬瀝青用的。我師傅是刷油劉師傅"。守衛老師傅聽我這么一說，哈哈笑著說:“唉！你早說呀，是油劉子呀，我認識他，行了，你走吧，沒事了”。我也笑著說:″謝謝你老師傅"，我邊說邊推著代車子往工地快步走去。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 事情原來是這樣的。我是68屆知青，71年抽調回城進廠當了工人，被分配到廠行政福利處，當上了一名油工，學徒三年。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 當時油工班有6個人，班長姓劉，50多歲，江蘇人，他技朮好，人緣好，大家都親切地管他叫”油劉子"。他就是我的師傅。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 頭一天快下班時，班長劉師傅領大家開了一個班會，給大家安排第二天的工作。他說:″明天防水任務艱巨，因為招待所大樓急需防水，才能保證按時交工使用，領導只給我們油工班一天時間，我們一定要保質、保量完成任務。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 聽完了班長的話。下班回家以后，我就跟父母說了這件事。我說:″明天我想起早上班，推木頭，熬瀝青"，父母都是黨員干部，他們非常支持我。第二天早上起來，媽媽特意早起給我做了早飯，讓我吃完飯上班。因為天剛蒙蒙亮，路上沒有行人，爸爸送我到廠門口。我到班上以后，把木頭裝上車，推著代車子出了廠西門，于是就出現了開頭的一幕。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 我推著代車子來到了施工現場，卸下木頭，鍋里放好大塊的瀝青，就開始熬。隨時往灶膛里添木頭。時間一分一秒的過去了，5點、6點、7點半，我看見鍋里的瀝青開始冒泡了，路上的行人也多起來了。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 不到8點，同志們陸續來到了工地?？粗鴿L開的瀝青，看著我臟兮兮的臉上汗水直淌，班長劉師傅親切的責怪我 ″你幾點來的 "，我小聲說 : "4點 "，師傅沖我笑一笑，同志們也給我豎起了大姆指。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 緊張的防水工作開始了。只見師傅用大鐵勺把滾開的瀝青盛到大鐵桶里，然后用卷揚機把瀝青運到房頂上。我們兩個人一組，一個人鋪油紙，一個人倒瀝青。防水需要油紙和油紙之間要壓上點邊，然后倒上瀝青，用刮板把瀝青刮平，把油紙牢固的粘在一起，才能保證不漏水。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 天太熱了，下面瀝青一烤，頭頂上太陽一曬，我們每個人都滿頭大汗，可是，誰也沒有停下手里的活，大家爭分奪秒的忙碌著，一直把房頂全鋪滿了油紙，又刮了一遍瀝青。經過幾個小時的大干苦干，雖然每個人身上的衣服都被汗水濕透了，可是看到平整的房頂上黑燦燦的瀝青，在陽光的照射下，泛著晶瑩的亮光，彷彿給房頂上鋪上了一層厚厚的黑地毯，那么壯觀，那么漂亮。我們全班同志相互看著、笑著，心中充滿了勝利后的喜悅！</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 學油工還有一項必會的技術割玻璃。我學徒三年，頭一年是17元，我攢了兩個月工資，花了28元，買了一把特特號的玻璃刀，我就開始練習割玻璃。師傅教我要先溜刀口，就得多割玻璃。我就利用一切時間練習，有時候一割就是一筐玻璃條子。功夫不負有心人，一個星期下來，雖然我手上傷痕累累，可是我熟練的掌握了割玻璃這項技術，師付也非常滿意。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 學油工最主要的還是刷油。師付手把手教我怎樣掏囗，告誡我們每刷完一扇窗戶，要做到玻璃干凈，窗臺干凈，不能蹭到玻璃上油，不能淌的哪都是1油，埋汰扒汰地。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 要刷好油還得會調油。有的油是調合漆，直接就可以用，有的油是鉛油糕子，得用清油把它調開，再調色。我記得師付常說的一句話是:″調好的油，用刷子沾起來，往高處拉，要400厘米不斷線 "。另外，刷暖氣片用銀粉，刷鐵管之類的要用防銹漆。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 最危險的是刷高層窗戶框油，身體全都暴露在外，蹲在窗臺上，用一只手把住窗戶框，另一只手刷。我嚇的眼睛不敢往下看，心跳的很厲害，特別害怕。師傅在旁鼓勵我 :"不要緊張，注意安全，習慣就好了"。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">在師傅的言傳身教下，我逐漸掌握了油工的各項技能，連續幾年被評為廠級先進生產者。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;"> 光陰似箭，彈指一揮間。如今，四十多年過去了。每當想起學徒的這段經歷，都是我青春記憶中的美好回憶。人生旅途中，我經歷了上山下鄉，接受貧下中農的再教育，進廠學徒，我又經歷了接受工人階級的再教育。這使我從一個飯來張囗，衣來伸手，四體不勤，五谷不分的城市嬌小姐，成長為了一名能吃苦耐勞，堅強勇敢，思想過硬，滿滿正能量的中國共產黨黨員。我要時刻牢記黨的教導，不忘初心、牢記使命，永遠跟黨走。</b></p> <p><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8);
