<h3>　 “有愛(ài)，我們無(wú)所懼怕。”在防御疫情阻擊戰(zhàn)中，無(wú)數(shù)令我們感動(dòng)的人義無(wú)反顧執(zhí)著堅(jiān)守在一線(xiàn)，傳遞給我們一張張撼動(dòng)人心的照片。關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻，同樣的使命，不同崗位卻有著不一樣的責(zé)任與擔(dān)當(dāng)。2月10日和2月11日，世紀(jì)教育集團(tuán)幼兒園圍繞集團(tuán)吉孟國(guó)總校長(zhǎng)提出的“活游戲”的教育理念，在楊瑞榮園長(zhǎng)的帶領(lǐng)下，<span style="white-space: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><font color="#010101"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">     </span><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">線(xiàn)上學(xué)習(xí)、集體研討已經(jīng)成為了培訓(xùn)的常規(guī)做法。級(jí)部主任牽頭，帶動(dòng)研討，業(yè)務(wù)園長(zhǎng)在線(xiàn)聆聽(tīng)、細(xì)心解讀、不時(shí)拋出問(wèn)題，引發(fā)思考，教研組長(zhǎng)則梳理發(fā)言、總結(jié)方法，群中每個(gè)人責(zé)任不同、各負(fù)其責(zé)，大家只爭(zhēng)朝夕，不負(fù)韶華，為共同提升自身專(zhuān)業(yè)而努力奮斗。為解決一個(gè)個(gè)困惑問(wèn)題，老師們追著詢(xún)問(wèn)、不厭其煩；晚上23：00，群中的信息還在轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)：筆記打卡、視頻分享、讀書(shū)感悟、問(wèn)題討論、任務(wù)安排……，夜深人靜，老師們的學(xué)習(xí)正當(dāng)時(shí)。</span></font></h3> 感悟?qū)嵺` ?落實(shí)行動(dòng) 教師的感悟 <h5><font color="#1564fa"><b>　　吳瓊（10年教齡）：</b>兩天的學(xué)習(xí)，老師們對(duì)“活游戲”有了進(jìn)一步的認(rèn)識(shí)和思考，無(wú)論是安吉游戲的學(xué)習(xí)、還是游戲案例的研討，都傾注了老師們基于“活游戲”理念的思考，時(shí)刻圍繞“適宜的材料、深度的觀(guān)察、嚴(yán)格的規(guī)則、深入的分析”四個(gè)要素進(jìn)行分析和思考，把游戲自主權(quán)還給幼兒，讓幼兒在自由、自主的真游戲中獲得發(fā)展，積蓄生命成長(zhǎng)的力量！<br><b> 張倩（4年教齡）：</b>通過(guò)今天下午對(duì)活游戲四要素的討論，給我?guī)?lái)了新的認(rèn)識(shí)。首先，游戲要提供適應(yīng)的材料，符合幼兒的發(fā)展需要，這樣孩子才能更好的進(jìn)行游戲；游戲時(shí)教師要深度的觀(guān)察，而不是像之前一樣浮于表面，觀(guān)察幼兒不是單純的拿著手機(jī)拍照，要觀(guān)察幼兒游戲的興趣點(diǎn)，幼兒為什么要這樣做；古話(huà)說(shuō)得好“無(wú)規(guī)矩不成方圓”，嚴(yán)格的規(guī)則，不僅讓孩子們從小養(yǎng)成好的習(xí)慣，共同遵守規(guī)則，才能保障游戲的進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展；深入的分析，要分析游戲背后的原因以及這個(gè)游戲給孩子們帶來(lái)的價(jià)值。</font></h5> 業(yè)務(wù)園長(zhǎng)的感悟
