Loudi Tea Association held its founding meeting.Liu Zhonghua, academician of Chinese Academy of engineering and professor of Hunan Agricultural University attended and delivered a speech 1月11日上午，婁底市茶業(yè)協(xié)會成立大會召開。中國工程院院士、湖南農(nóng)大教授劉仲華，副市長梁立堅、市政協(xié)副主席邵瑛以及湖南省紅茶協(xié)會會長伍崇岳出席。市農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村局黨組書記、局長袁若寧主持大會。湖南渠江薄片茶業(yè)有限公司董事長陳建明當(dāng)選首屆會長；婁底市農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村局黨組副書記、副局長黃建明擔(dān)任名譽(yù)會長。劉仲華、周重旺、張曙光、肖文軍為協(xié)會專家委員會顧問；湖南省茶葉學(xué)會會長、湖南農(nóng)大教授、博士生導(dǎo)師蕭力爭和湖南省大湘西產(chǎn)業(yè)促進(jìn)會秘書長尹鐘分別作《中國茶葉現(xiàn)狀與婁底茶葉發(fā)展》《茶葉質(zhì)量控制與管理》的專題講座（）各會員企業(yè)與市直、縣市區(qū)相關(guān)部門負(fù)責(zé)人共200人參加。　　 劉仲華表示，婁底茶業(yè)在市委、市政府的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和高度重視下，茶園面積穩(wěn)步提升，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸完善，表現(xiàn)出了巨大潛力。但走向未來的婁底茶業(yè)要更加注重提高單位種植效益，更加注重優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)，更加注重優(yōu)勢品牌打造，要以綠色有機(jī)栽培理念抓好有機(jī)認(rèn)證，生產(chǎn)有品牌識別度和統(tǒng)一共識的好茶葉。快速做強(qiáng)紅茶、優(yōu)化綠茶、做好黑茶、適度發(fā)展白茶。提高加工裝備與工藝技術(shù)水平，開發(fā)出更多品質(zhì)風(fēng)味獨(dú)特的新產(chǎn)品；打造差異化發(fā)展的龍頭企業(yè)集群，注重公共品牌與企業(yè)品牌相結(jié)合，實(shí)現(xiàn)婁底茶業(yè)規(guī)模、效益與品牌影響力的全面提升；發(fā)掘有利于市場拓展的婁底茶文化內(nèi)涵，大力宣傳飲茶與健康研究成果，以文化和健康元素驅(qū)動茶葉消費(fèi)。 梁立堅要求，市茶業(yè)協(xié)會要充分發(fā)揮“連心橋”的作用，向會員企業(yè)宣傳國家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、向主管部門反映行業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，不斷聚合全社會的支持力量，引導(dǎo)行業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展；要充分發(fā)揮“加速器”的作用，推廣普及新技術(shù)、新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，通過科技創(chuàng)新和營銷創(chuàng)新，全力推進(jìn)茶產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)程，加快實(shí)現(xiàn)茶產(chǎn)業(yè)從高速發(fā)展到高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)變；要充分發(fā)揮“協(xié)調(diào)站”的作用，自覺服從行業(yè)主管部門的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，實(shí)施行業(yè)規(guī)范和自律公約，依法保障行業(yè)合法權(quán)益；充分發(fā)揮“服務(wù)臺”的作用，堅持“服務(wù)立會”，建立完善協(xié)會自主活動、自我發(fā)展、自我約束的運(yùn)行機(jī)制，帶領(lǐng)廣大會員共同發(fā)展，樹起為企為民服務(wù)標(biāo)桿。 據(jù)悉，截至2019年底，婁底市茶葉種植14.41萬畝，較2018年增加7300畝，增長5.3%，年產(chǎn)干茶超10000噸，綜合產(chǎn)值近10億元，增長7.8%。現(xiàn)有涉茶經(jīng)營主體近400家，茶企30余家，專業(yè)合作社36家，茶葉已成為全市農(nóng)業(yè)增收的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。 On the morning of January 11, the founding meeting of Loudi tea association was held. Improve the level of processing equipment and technology, develop more new products with unique quality and flavor; build a leading enterprise cluster with differentiated development, pay attention to the combination of public brand and enterprise brand, realize the overall promotion of Loudi tea industry scale, benefit and brand influence; explore Loudi tea cultural connotation conducive to market expansion, and vigorously promote the research results of tea drinking and health, so as to Culture and health elements drive tea consumption. Liang Lijian required that the city tea industry association should give full play to the role of "lianxinqiao", publicize the national industrial policies to member enterprises, reflect the development status of the industry to the competent authorities, constantly gather the support of the whole society, and guide the healthy and orderly development of the industry; give full play to the role of "accelerator", promote and popularize new technologies and standards, and promote the development of the industry through scientific and technological innovation and marketing innovation We should vigorously promote the process of tea industrialization and accelerate the transformation of tea industry from high-speed development to high-quality development. It is reported that by the end of 2019, 144100 mu of tea has been planted in Loudi City, an increase of 7300 mu, or 5.3%, compared with 2018. The annual output of dry tea exceeds 10000 tons, and the comprehensive output value is nearly 1 billion yuan, an increase of 7.8%.
