-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><b>3、以“助民”為動(dòng)力，拓展志愿者服務(wù)內(nèi)涵。團(tuán)隊(duì)志愿者服務(wù)隊(duì)積極開(kāi)展助學(xué)助困活動(dòng)，并作為加強(qiáng)社區(qū)精神文明建設(shè)，促進(jìn)社區(qū)良好風(fēng)尚的舉措來(lái)落實(shí)。根據(jù)毗鄰就近原則，社區(qū)志愿者服務(wù)隊(duì)成員以“一助一”、“多助一”形式，對(duì)各分屬片區(qū)內(nèi)的特困孤寡老人、病人及殘疾人和特困學(xué)生進(jìn)行結(jié)對(duì)幫扶，解決他們的日常生活需要。例如，在實(shí)行“一對(duì)一幫扶”制度之后，團(tuán)隊(duì)理事組及時(shí)了解轄區(qū)內(nèi)的孤寡老人、空巢老人的情況，組織志愿者定期到老人們家中，噓寒問(wèn)暖，解決他們生活實(shí)際困難；每逢節(jié)假日，給老人們送上小禮品、組織文藝活動(dòng)，豐富老人們的節(jié)日生活，讓社區(qū)的老人們感受到了大家庭的溫暖，為構(gòu)建平安和諧社區(qū)起到積極的促進(jìn)作用。</b></h3><p style="white-space: normal;
