金甲辰（后山人）

<p class="ql-block">　　里董金村位于蘭溪市北部，距市區40公里，群山環繞，風景秀麗，轄區面積2.2平方公里，山林面積1503畝，耕地面積329畝，2個自然村，農戶267戶，人口890人，村民小組7個，黨員15人，村民代表24人。曾榮獲浙江省衛生村，蘭溪市文明村，2017年示范農村社區，2018蘭溪市級城鄉精品社區等稱號。</p><p class="ql-block"> 里董金村文化禮堂建于2018年，占地1000余平方，其中主文化禮堂（金氏宗祠）占地440平方，系明代建筑，里面雕梁畫棟，古色古香，由于年久失修，面臨倒塌，村兩委通過協商，在村民代表會議決議基礎上，廣大村民和在外鄉賢共同出資80余萬元，將“金氏宗祠”修葺一新，把它改造成具有鄉土特色的文化禮堂，在大門進去的地方新修了一座文化戲臺，里面展示有：村史村情，鄉風民俗，崇德尚賢，美好家園，時事政策，笑臉墻等板塊，里面還展示我村特色迎會會桌，迎花燭抬轎等民俗實物。并在面向村口的那面墻上按上社會主義核心價值觀24個字，和當代浙江人共同價值觀---“務實，守信，崇學，向善”四個核心詞在文化禮堂門口設置國旗。</p><p class="ql-block"> 把村黨群服務中心樓上的會議室改造成道德講堂“九思講堂”，在村黨群服務中心正面墻上按設置“里董金文化禮堂”名稱和全省統一標識，門口有占地1000平方左右的文化休閑廣場，設有籃球架，邊上是休閑長廊，供村民休閑乘涼用，一樓村居家養老服務中心邊上改造成農家書屋“九思書屋”，“九思書屋”里面設有春泥活動室，墻上裝有電視機，九思書屋里的書由鄉賢金小東出資2萬余元捐助。居家養老服務中心里面設有衛生計生室。</p><p class="ql-block"> 居家養老服務中心樓上設有道德講堂“九思講堂”，文化禮堂建成后多次邀請是，鎮宣講團成員來禮堂宣講。道德講堂邊上設有里董金村避災安置點，里面配有23張床位的各種必備避災品，已備不時之需。</p><p class="ql-block"> 里董金村文化禮堂實施理事會制度，理事會實行無薪工作制，建有8支村文化活動隊伍，分別是：里董金村龍燈了理事會，里董金村迎會理事會，里董金村迎花燭理事會，里董金村廣場舞隊，里董金村乒乓球隊，里董金村羽毛球隊，里董金村象棋隊，里董金村書法社，并定期或者不定期開展活動。</p><p class="ql-block"> 文化禮堂建成之后，村里投入一定的資金用于文化禮堂的正常開支，制定完善了各項規章制度，設立專職文化禮堂管理員，每天開放，保持禮堂的清潔，維護墻上的展示欄的整潔，定期開展文化活動，文化禮堂建成后，村民普遍說村民團結了，村委的凝聚力強了。</p><p class="ql-block"> 我村還在青山巖胡公廟旁邊建了一個非遺主題館---中國迎會文化主題體驗館，于2019年11月9日揭牌開館，開館當天，來參觀的人絡繹不絕，紛紛稱贊。</p><p class="ql-block"> 同時，圍繞“每月一主題”要求開展形式多樣的活動，特別是在春節、端午、重陽節等傳統節假日，每年都會在文化禮堂開展聯歡晚會、敬老愛老等活動；每年寒暑假，組織中小學生進行手工制作，安全培訓，法律知識、體育活動、垃圾分類等春泥計劃活動，豐富中小學生的假期生活；邀請專家文化禮堂進行美麗鄉村發展旅游業、法律、科技，醫療養生等講座；組織村文化愛好者開展唱歌、跳舞、打鼓等活動，極大地豐富了群眾的文化生活，真正成了村民的精神家園，深受廣大村民的歡迎和好評。</p><p class="ql-block"> 里董金村青山巖是“中國迎會”的發源地，也是國家級非物質文化遺產“浦江迎會”的發源地，是金華市級非物質文化遺產。為弘揚和傳承中華傳統文化，為壯大村集體經濟，拓寬村民致富渠道，2019年我村在原有文化禮堂的基礎上，新建了“中國迎會文化主題體驗館”。</p> <p class="ql-block">　　青山巖七都迎會是金華市非物質文化遺產。</p><p class="ql-block">迎會又稱花會、臺閣。一般在農歷十月十三舉行。先從各村出發，聚集青山巖胡公殿組隊。</p><p class="ql-block">迎會順序：龍虎大旗—彩旗—銃隊—鑼鼓隊—臺閣。臺閣按故事發生的時間先后排列。</p><p class="ql-block">迎會原是廟會時一種歡慶形式，歷史悠久，形式奇特。</p><p class="ql-block"> 迎會由會桌、會扛、會柵、抬會人、站會小演員組成。</p><p class="ql-block"> 會桌方形，邊長1.2米，桌板厚2到10厘米不等。虎頭腳，四腳高1米，桌面四周設20至40厘米高欄柵，用于安裝會柵。會柵高一般2至3米，有的高達4至5米。會柵的設計決定著一臺“會”的險、奇、巧程度。會柵制作一要講究隱秘性，一定要讓站會的演員服裝遮蓋，不讓觀眾看到會柵；二要講究牢固性，安全第一，站會的演員凌空在3至4米的高空上，里面支撐他們的鐵柵一定要結實；三要講究合理性，演員站立的位置，會柵受力的程度，要通過力學原理進行精心計算。</p><p class="ql-block"> 由三五歲的孩童，扮演活靈活現的戲劇故事或神話傳說。孩子們在上面凌空而立，悠然自得，并不斷變幻造型。會桌由多名強健漢子抬著行走，行進時顫顫悠悠，驚險異常，看得人心跳不已，堪稱“中國一絕”。</p> <h1 style="text-align: center;"><b>【金華市民間文藝家協會】</b></h1><p style="text-align: center;
