<h3>　今年是新中國成立70周年，我完成了去西藏的夢想，見證了西藏人民在中國共產黨的領導下取得的偉大成就。</h3><h3> “不去西藏悔終生，去了西藏誤終身”，“眼睛在天堂，身體在地獄，靈魂歸故鄉”。這是我常常聽到的兩句“過來人”的忠告，為此我也想去休驗一次。</h3><h3> 準備了兩年之久的心靈之旅，于2019年8月4日終于成行了。</h3><h3><br></h3> <h3><font <h3>行程：我們這次是半自由行，由最初的八人減少到最后的五人，在拉薩包車十天。先去林芝線三天：雅魯藏布江大峽谷~看南迦巴瓦雪山日落~住索松村~魯朗林海~巴松措~住景區藏家民俗~尼羊河風光~住拉薩。拉薩市二天：甘青寺~布達拉宮~大昭寺~住拉薩。珠峰線：拉薩~日喀則~住日喀則~住珠峰大本營~日喀則住宿~卡若拉冰川~羊湖~住拉薩~大昭寺拍人文。全部行程16天。</h3> <h3>第一天：目的地：巴松措</h3><h3> 早8點從拉薩市區出發，沿著林拉高等級公路翻越米拉山口，大約行駛320公里到達巴河鎮，巴河鎮的出口左轉有通向巴松錯風景區的路標，而后沿著錯高公路行駛約36公里到達景區，全程大約耗時4個小時。</h3><h3> 一天小雨不斷，我們直接開到景區內住宿點，等雨稍停，我們迫不及待的拿起設備直奔屋后景區制高點，拍攝煙雨巴松措及人像。</h3> center;">巴松措為國家AAAAA級旅游景區</h3><h3>　　巴松措位于西藏林芝地區工布江達縣，海拔3700米左右，湖面面積達6千多畝，湖形狀如鑲嵌在高峽深谷中的一輪新月，長約12公里，是藏傳佛教寧瑪派的神湖和圣地。</h3> <h3>第二天：目的地：魯朗林海。</h3> <h3>　　魯朗林海，藏語意為“龍王谷”，也是“叫人不想家”的地方。我們到魯朗林海正值中午，天色灰蒙蒙，只在觀景臺拍了幾張照片，沒有感受到那種“山居圖”的傳說景觀。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">魯朗林海</h3></font></h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p <p>第三天：今天目的地：雅魯藏布江大峽谷觀看南迦巴瓦雪山也是今天的主要任務。昨天晚上下了一宿雨，今天陰天，汽車沿著雅魯藏布江公路時而上下，時而急彎，云霧一直在半山腰環繞，風景如畫。</p> <h3> 南迦巴瓦雪山，又稱羞女峰，每年露真容約60天，主要在秋冬季，夏季雨水多，霧大不容易見到。很多游客慕名而來，失望而歸。</h3> <h3>　　南迦巴瓦雪山，是中國西藏自治區林芝市最高的山，海拔7782米，屬于喜馬拉雅山脈，位于喜馬拉雅山脈最東端。下面的雅魯藏布江大峽谷最深處6009米，是世界上最深的大峽谷。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">南迦巴瓦日照金山</h3></font></h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">尼羊河風光</h3></font></h3> <h3>尼羊河是位于西藏雅魯藏布江北側的最大支流，也是雅魯藏布江流域內的五大支流之一。在傳說中，尼洋河是神山流出的悲傷的眼淚。讓人一想到它，就有著無限的感慨與遐想。從拉薩去林芝的時候，車一直沿著尼羊河行走。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">尼羊河</h3></font></h3> <h3>第四天：拉薩市區參觀布達拉宮和大昭寺。上午8點從賓館出發，布達拉宮預約9點進場。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">布達拉宮</h3></font></h3> <h3> 拉薩，簡稱“拉”，是中國西藏自治區的首府，具有高原和民族特色的國際旅游城市，是西藏的政治、經濟、文化和科教中心，也是藏傳佛教圣地。<br></h3><h3> 拉薩全年多晴朗天氣，降雨稀少，冬無嚴寒，夏無酷暑，氣候宜人。全年日照時間在3000小時以上，素有“日光城”的美譽。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">布達拉宮夜景</h3></font></h3> <h3>　　此張夜景片是我下午六點到達藥王山觀景臺，在原地等了三個多小時占位置，于晚上九點拍攝的。</h3> <h3>　　布達拉宮，坐落于中國西藏自治區的首府拉薩市區西北瑪布日山上，是世界上海拔最高，集宮殿、城堡和寺院于一體的宏偉建筑，也是西藏最龐大、最完整的古代宮堡建筑群。</h3><h3>布達拉宮依山壘砌，群樓重疊，是藏式古建筑的杰出代表（據說源于桑珠孜宗堡），中華民族古建筑的精華之作，是第五套人民幣50元紙幣背面的風景圖案。主體建筑分為白宮和紅宮兩部分。宮殿高200余米，外觀13層，內為9層。布達拉宮前辟有布達拉宮廣場，是世界上海拔最高的城市廣場。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">布達拉宮紅宮與白宮</h3></font></h3> <h3>　　參觀布達拉宮有三定：一、定員，每天接待游客5000人；二、定時間，進宮需要預約時間，按時完成參觀；三、定路線，參觀有兩條路線，按規定路線走完，全程約2.5小時。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">布達拉宮頂層</h3></font></h3> <h3>　　紅宮，主要是達賴喇嘛的靈塔殿和各類佛殿，共有8座存放各世達賴喇嘛法體的靈塔，其中以五世達賴喇嘛靈塔為最大。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">布達拉宮白宮</h3></font></h3> <h3>　　白宮主要是達賴喇嘛居住的地方。最頂層是達賴的寢宮“日光殿”。是十三世和十四世達賴的寢宮，也是他們處理政務的地方。這里等級森嚴，只有高級僧俗官員才被允許進入。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: style="text-align: center;">大昭寺</h3></font></h3> <h3>　　大昭寺___藏語為“佛殿”，信徒們膜拜的殿堂。人們不遠千里匍匐磕著等身長頭來到拉薩，來到佛祖的身旁，只為洗去今生的罪孽，免去來生的苦難，修福添功德，讓靈魂有個歸宿。孩子叩拜，從小心靈就受到宗教的洗禮。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p <h3>　　大昭寺距今有1350年的歷史，是拉薩最古老的寺廟，至今仍然是整個西藏區最古老的中心寺，藏民有"先有大昭寺，后有拉薩城"之說。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">大昭寺</h3></font></h3> style="text-align: center;">又一次感受到心靈的震撼！</h3></font></h3> <h3>第五天：計劃去納木措，早晨中雨，經過與司機商量不去了，到40公里外的甘丹寺。甘丹寺是藏傳佛教格魯派最大的寺廟，僧人4000余人。它是由藏傳佛教格魯派的創始人宗喀巴于1409年親自籌建的，可以說是格魯教派的祖寺。</h3> <h3><font 日喀則是一個地級市，其境內定日縣有世界第一高峰珠穆朗瑪峰和扎什倫布寺。游客去珠峰一般在日喀則住宿。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">扎什倫布寺</h3></font></h3> <h3>　　扎什倫布寺意為“吉祥須彌寺”，位于西藏日喀則的尼色日山下。是該地區最大的寺廟。</h3><h3>明朝正統12年，宗喀巴弟子根敦主興建。扎什倫布寺可與達賴的布達拉宮相媲美。它與拉薩的“三大寺”甘丹寺、色拉寺、哲蚌寺合稱藏傳佛教格魯派的“四大寺”。四大寺以及青海的塔爾寺和甘肅的拉卜楞寺并列為格魯派的“六大寺”。</h3><h3>由于時間原因，沒有進去游覽，遺憾。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">措拉山</h3></font></h3> <h3>　　日咯則到珠峰經過三座大山：措拉山4700米，嘉措拉山5200米，嘉吾拉山5100米。開車大約七八個小時。在嘉吾拉山有極其壯觀的108拐。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">珠峰保護區界標</h3></font></h3> <h3>　　在措拉山山頂遇到了剛下的一場雪，我們行駛在一望無際的高原雪山上，柏油馬路的黑色與雪山的白色形成了黑白對比，極其純凈，聽著“雪域高原”的藏歌，北風呼叫著從耳旁刮過，那種興奮的心情無法用詞匯來表達，這種美景是機遇，很難遇到。</h3> <h3><font 早晨7點起床，穿上租的棉大衣，站在大本營外面的制高點，冷的直打哆嗦，濃霧籠罩著四周，有些失望，很多游客帶著遺憾陸續離開了大本營，我想，我們是包車，一定要堅持到中午，萬一奇跡出現呢。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">珠峰大本營</h3></font></h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">大本營帳篷內</h3></font></h3> <h3>　　珠峰大本營帳篷共59間，每間能住6~14人，每年11月~次年4月封閉。帳篷內靠燒牛糞取暖，加固態酒精引燃。供水短缺，一般早晨洗臉幾個人用一盆水。</h3><h3> 關于早餐：我們每人要了一張餅和一碗粥，外加一個雞蛋，30元。當大家吃完第一口餅時，發現是粘的，吃不貫，全放進盤里。</h3><h3> 關于高反：為了防止意外，我們買了三瓶醫用氧氣罐，身體最好的野人大哥和老陳一進大本營就吸上了。</h3><h3><br></h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">羊卓雍措</h3></font></h3> <h3>第八天：目的地：羊卓雍措</h3><h3> 從日喀則吃完早餐，急急忙忙裝上行李，之所以說急急忙忙，因司機來晚了，裝車時拉下一包食品。各位，別說我小氣，這是我們全體成員一天的食糧，價價200元呢。</h3><h3> 一路風景，走走停停，路過距公路最近的卡若拉冰川，于下午2點到達西藏三大圣湖之一~羊卓雍措。</h3> class="ql-block"> 磕長頭，在西藏，是一道獨特的風景。在各地通往拉薩的大道上，不時可以見到信徒們從遙遠的故鄉開始，沿著道路，三步一叩首，磕著等身長頭，積年累月地磕向拉薩。</p> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">磕長頭</h3></font></h3> <p class="ql-block" center;">　　俯仰于天地之間，用身長丈量著到圣城的距離，他們塵灰覆面，臉上溝壑縱橫，額頭磨出了灰黑色繭子。當你注意看他們的表情時，絲毫不見痛楚，也沒有特別的喜悅，只有平和，就像是西藏的天空，平和得一塵不染。讓人想起電影《可可西里》的那句臺詞：“你見過磕長頭的人嗎？他們的手和臉臟得很，可他們的心靈特別干凈。”</h3></font></h3> <h3><font <h3>　　一年多的跋山涉水，甚至生老病死，要問他們此行祈福的目的有沒有達到，從此是否就風調雨順世界和平，也許不會有確定的答案。他們仿佛將更多的專注放在了朝圣的過程中，而不是最終的結果，他們要追尋的意義就在自己身上。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align: center;">磕長頭</h3></font></h3> <h3>　　拉薩大昭寺的釋迦牟尼殿前，有一根釘滿了牙齒的立柱。有人說，這是那些死在路上的長磕者們的牙齒。磕長頭的人們有個不成文的規定，不管認識與否，路遇在半路朝圣去世的人，都要帶上一顆死者的牙齒，到達大昭寺后，釘在那根立柱上，算是幫他們完成心愿。</h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="text-align:
