-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">    講座內(nèi)容主要圍繞幼兒園常見的急救知識，如癲癇、高熱驚厥、燙傷、小兒氣管異物處理等急救措施，內(nèi)容緊密聯(lián)系幼兒日常生活，案例講解真實(shí)生動(dòng)，為參加培訓(xùn)的教師提供了專業(yè)指導(dǎo)。人人掌握突發(fā)事件的應(yīng)急措施，便可以做到防范未然。作為一名保育老師，光有愛還不夠，還應(yīng)具備保健、安全、教育等專業(yè)知識，以便對幼兒進(jìn)行全方面的教育，掌握入園、晨檢、盥洗、喝水、進(jìn)餐、午睡、戶外活動(dòng)等有關(guān)幼兒生活管理的技能。</h3> 第二分會(huì)場 <p style="text-align: center; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      田園長首先為大家分享了幼兒園教學(xué)組織構(gòu)成，包括：幼兒、教師、教學(xué)目的、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)環(huán)境等各因素之間的關(guān)系。幼兒是教學(xué)活動(dòng)組織的出發(fā)點(diǎn)，也是幼兒教學(xué)活動(dòng)組織的落腳點(diǎn)，它決定著教學(xué)目標(biāo)的制定，教學(xué)目標(biāo)又影響著教學(xué)內(nèi)容的選擇和設(shè)計(jì)，教學(xué)對象和教學(xué)目標(biāo)確定后，在一定程度上就確定了教學(xué)方法的選擇和使用。并告訴大家要提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，必須要認(rèn)真研究教學(xué)活動(dòng)的基本組織形式和環(huán)節(jié)要素，并對這些環(huán)節(jié)要素提出質(zhì)量要求。</h3> <p style="text-align: center; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     強(qiáng)瑞園長以《幼兒園一日流程解讀》為題，開展了一場心與心的交流，強(qiáng)園長提出了四個(gè)問題，引出了今天的話題，激發(fā)了學(xué)員們的思考，并帶著問題極地投入到講座中，強(qiáng)園長從一日生活的教育意義、活動(dòng)類型、環(huán)節(jié)與流程、組織原則等進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的解讀，還通過分享實(shí)踐中的經(jīng)典案例，直觀又明白地幫助學(xué)員更清晰地了解幼兒園的一日活動(dòng)?；顒?dòng)中分享嘉賓與在座的學(xué)員展開了積極的互動(dòng)，形成了濃厚溫馨的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍。</h3> 第四分會(huì)場 <p style="text-align: center; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      高芳婷園長指出了幼兒期是兒童大腦快速發(fā)展的時(shí)期、游戲是促進(jìn)兒童發(fā)展的重要手段、可以通過環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)來減少兒童的行為問題。并幫我們理清了區(qū)域設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)遵循的準(zhǔn)則、區(qū)域布局環(huán)境的合理劃分以及活動(dòng)區(qū)的評估參考，并引發(fā)了教師在材料投放前的一個(gè)思考。緊接著用圖文并茂的方式展示了各個(gè)區(qū)域針對小、中、大各年齡階段的活動(dòng)區(qū)域的布置以及合理安排性。點(diǎn)明了活動(dòng)區(qū)是區(qū)域空間的概念，幼兒在活動(dòng)活動(dòng)區(qū)是通過游戲自主學(xué)習(xí)從而獲得有意義的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，而教師的作用是促進(jìn)幼兒的學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展。</h3> <p style="text-align: center;
