white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration: none;">       19日下午，集團(tuán)吉孟國總校長對幼兒園骨干教師進(jìn)行了戶外自主游戲的專題培訓(xùn)，通過理論與實(shí)例相結(jié)合，解讀“活游戲”，從適宜的材料、深度的觀察、嚴(yán)格的規(guī)則、深入的分析四個方面全方位深層次解析，解決了園所開展自主游戲中遇到的困惑及走進(jìn)的誤區(qū)。老師們明晰了自主游戲中應(yīng)給予孩子自主和放手，而不是無所事事。吉孟國總校長特別強(qiáng)調(diào)“放手不等于放縱、自主不等于自由”，給予幼兒的游戲情境一定是真實(shí)的游戲問題情境；教師在游戲材料投放時要選擇有生命力、有溫度的低結(jié)構(gòu)材料，引發(fā)幼兒想象和自創(chuàng)挑戰(zhàn)。吉孟國總校長將自己親身觀察的幼兒游戲案例呈現(xiàn)剖析，讓老師們直觀認(rèn)識到幼兒教師的核心素養(yǎng)就是觀察力，老師要想讀懂孩子先從觀察開始，尊重孩子從商討開始，只有勤觀察、會觀察，深入分析游戲行為，才能給予助推幼兒發(fā)展的支持與回應(yīng)。同時，吉孟國總校長強(qiáng)調(diào)要將幼兒良好行為習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)貫穿于一日生活及自主游戲開展中，鼓勵孩子從背包、換鞋、玩具歸位等小事做起，堅(jiān)持把一件小事做好，以點(diǎn)帶面養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣，讓孩子受益終生。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
