<h1> 每當夜幕降臨華燈初上，中潤大道華僑城小區南門廣場就會熱鬧起來，當城市上空飄蕩起歡快的音樂聲，周邊社區居民和過路市民便三三兩兩地匯聚于此，伴隨著或鏗鏘有力或抒情浪漫富有韻律的動聽操曲，在穿著統一整齊操服的領操老師們的帶領下，跟隨音樂節拍舞動起來，開啟了佳木斯快樂舞步健身操的健身之旅。</h1> <h1></h1><h1> 佳木斯快樂舞步健身操是融合了體育、舞蹈、健美操等多種運動形式，融入流行歌曲等現代時尚元素、追求人體健康與美的運動項目，是由黑龍江省佳木斯市退休干部于繼承發明的一套健身體操。2008年佳操一推出，就深受廣大群眾喜愛，成為佳木斯市的一個亮麗的名片， 很快成為運動熱潮。2012年經過國際體育總局備案，是國家規定套路中的一套，因此在全國各地迅速發展，遍布大江南北，甚至走出了國門，流傳到了美國、澳大利亞等國家。</h1><h3><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);
