-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">臧雷，重慶市人，1971年參加中國人民解放軍。先后參加邊疆保衛戰近7年，執行大小作戰任務六十余次，十二次死里脫生，兩次負重傷，為三級傷殘軍人，至今身體里還留有敵人的彈片。1979年作戰，臧雷身負重傷，昏迷六天六夜，挽回生命后，半身癱瘓，但他以驚人的毅力戰勝傷殘，回到部隊。率領偵察連第二次奔赴戰場，參加邊境敵后偵查作戰一年，和戰友們一起破雷陣、闖敵后、打伏擊、抓俘虜，圓滿完成了作戰任務。1984年，臧雷第三次上戰場，擔任收復老山戰斗主攻營營長，率領部隊一舉攻克老山主峰，被譽為“鐵血營長”.1990年，臧雷任“老山一等功臣團”參謀長，第四次奔赴戰場，率領部隊執行支援老山一線要點防御作戰任務三年，直至最后凱旋。臧雷是解放軍著名英模，多次立功受獎并獲“全國新長征突擊手”，“保衛邊陲優秀兒女”、“全國十大青年人物”等多種榮譽稱號，多次受到黨、國家、軍隊領導人的接見。臧雷曾以全優成績畢業于軍事院校，分配到總參謀部高等軍事院校擔教，被評為全軍優秀教員。臧雷因高等級傷殘奉命退休以后，年年走基層，講國防，高唱主旋律，傳播正能量，深受軍地歡迎。同時還默默的為困難烈士親屬和困難傷殘戰士排憂解難，扶貧濟困。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">安忠文，彝族，1963年生，四川攀枝花鹽邊縣人，1981年冬應征入伍，在原昆明軍區11軍31師步兵92團服役，中共黨員。1984年4月參加邊疆保衛戰，在收復者陰山戰斗中，觸雷負傷，致使雙目失明，右腿高位截肢，特等戰殘。歷任戰士、班長、排長，上尉作訓參謀、少校副參謀長、中校副團長、31師上校副參謀長。2005年退休，2010年移交回四川省攀枝花軍休所。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1989年被評為“巴蜀十年青年精英”。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">王曙光，男，漢族，中共黨員，北京軍區善后辦保障局助理員，大校軍銜。1983年參加全國高考，考入北京軍區石家莊步兵學校軍事指揮專業學習。1987年7月石家莊陸軍學院本科畢業，獲軍事學學士學位。同年8月參加軍委組織的全軍院校優秀畢業學員，赴老山前線代職見習，在著名的“李海欣高地”任見習排長。在一線作戰中，觸雷炸飛雙腳，榮立戰時一等功。戰后評定為一等傷殘軍人。傷愈后一直在原北京軍區所屬部隊服役至今。王曙光同志身殘志堅，以堅韌不拔的毅力，努力克服傷殘帶來的不便，堅持工作。同時發奮苦讀，先后于中國政法大學研究生院及西南政法大學研究生院獲得法律碩士及博士學位，2017年八一建軍節慶祝中國人民解放軍建軍九十年周年之際，做為全軍49名現役英模代表之一，在人民大會堂參加了國防部組織的紀念活動，并接受了總書記和總部首長的接見。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
