white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">    為了具體有針對性的提升每一位教師的教學基本功，我校李彩萍校長更是邀請同盟校區二實驗王曉紅校長光臨指導。整個活動石杰利校長、李彩萍校長以及趙宇輝主任全程參與聽課評課，為特崗教師提供專業成長建議，很多沒課的老師也積極參加聽課，相互學習，共同成長。</h3> 小荷才露尖尖角 <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">    4日下午，學校召開了特崗教師匯報課總結會，會上，李彩萍校長從活動開展的總體情況、活動呈現的優點、存在的問題、下一步教學工作建議等幾方面總結了本次活動，同時，她站在一個老教師的角度推心置腹地為特崗教師提出了幾點希望，希望他們加強學習、苦練基本功、增強危機意識、合理利用時間、用積極的工作態度，讓自己更有價值，成長為最好的自己。</h3> <h3>　　我校石杰利校長在特崗教師匯報課總結大會上與特崗教師座談，并送給每一位特崗教師三句話：做一位追求幸福的教師；做一位善于學習的教師；做一位擁有思想的教師。三句普通的話道出一位領導更是一位教學老前輩的殷切希望與深深鼓勵，令每一位特崗教師敬畏。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
