white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><font color="#1564fa">對于皮瓣移植病人</font>，行腹部或交腿皮瓣移植者，術后分別患肢用膠布或外固定支架固定于適當位置；患者絕對平臥休息10~14天，抬高患肢20-30度，不能向患側側臥，避免皮瓣受壓，影響皮瓣的血液循環。保持皮膚清潔，按摩受壓部分，如骶尾部皮膚，積極預防壓瘡。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">對于皮瓣移植病人：①在皮瓣感覺未恢復前，保護皮瓣，防止燙傷或凍傷。②皮瓣斷蒂前要保持皮瓣周圍皮膚清潔，防止潰爛和感染。③不時隨診，定期復診，皮瓣斷蒂常在術后3—4周進行。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><font color="#1564fa">對于周圍神經損傷病人</font>：①勿隨意取下或拆除外固定，避免縫合的神經在愈合前發生再斷裂。②周圍神經損傷的病人很難從發病到完全康復都住院治療，出院后繼續康復訓練尤為重要。③有條件的病人可每日或隔日來院理療，也可2周復查1次，如病情加重、矯形器不適、皮膚破損等應立即就診。 ④鼓勵患者積極參與家務活動，盡量生活自理，盡可能做一些作業活動，如工藝、娛樂等。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">四、飲食指導</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">做完手術，<font color="#1564fa">需要6小時后即可進飲食</font>。進易消化、清淡、營養豐富的飲食，但腎功能不全者應按醫囑控制蛋白質和鹽的攝入。一般食物為高熱量、高蛋白、高維生素、高鐵、粗纖維食物，例如蛋類、乳類、魚類、瘦肉類、蝦及豆類等并注意多飲水，禁吃辛辣刺激性食物，保持大便通暢。</h3>
