<p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">正確保存斷指是再植成功的前提。離斷的手指/肢體/骨塊等，要隨同傷員一同送到醫院。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">現場處理步驟:</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1.現場首先止血，一般需要上止血帶。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2.多數肢體離斷傷組織碾挫較重，血管很快回縮，并形成血栓，出血并非噴射性，這時，僅行殘端包扎即可，如果出血多，呈噴射狀，先用指壓止血法止血，然后上止血帶，再行包扎。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">3.用大量紗布壓在肢體殘端，用回返式包扎法加壓包扎。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">4.用寬膠布從肢端開始向上拉緊粘貼，以加強加壓止血的效果和防止敷料脫落。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">5.離斷的肢體要用布料包好，外面套一層塑料袋，放在另一裝滿冰塊或冰棍的塑料袋中保存。斷指經冷藏保存可以降低組織的新陳代謝，減慢組織變性，為斷指再植創造條件，溫度最好在4℃左右。 </h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">6.如果離斷的肢體尚有部分組織相連，則直接包扎，并按骨折固定法進行固定。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">7.如有大的骨塊脫出，應同時包好，一同送醫院，不能丟棄。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">8.斷指/肢一般無需清洗，千萬不要用棉花、衛生紙等包扎離斷的肢體。千萬不能用鹽水或酒精等浸泡，用鹽水或酒精等會使細胞組織變性，手術成活率相對低。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 9.現場急救時若斷肢仍在機器中，切勿強行將肢體拉出或將機器倒轉，以免增加損傷。應立即停止機器轉動，設法拆開機器，取出斷肢。</h3>
