-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">感歲月匆匆，嘆韶華不再。敘同仁情誼，話重逢歡欣。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">在真情涌動和激情感慨的氛圍中，“情系康山”60周年聚會落下了帷幕。2018年6月17日，將成為我們每個康山人生命歷程中又一個值得終身銘記的日子。從此，記憶長河里又多了一組溫馨的詩行，人生畫卷上又添了一抹絢麗的色彩，悠閑的心靈更有了一份溫柔的牽掛！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">緣自天定，份靠人為。此次“情系康山”60周年聚會起意有些突兀，就像夏天的雷雨，說來就來，風風火火，完全失卻了一個中老年人的穩重和淡定。或許是康山人的那份情緣永遠不老，或許是老同事們已經等待得太久，當我們匆匆忙忙再次聚首，掐指一算，已經整整過去了二十多年。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">今天早上在鐵路福州南站，侯車時間在二樓的商場逛“百家餅”店，購了當地特產，目力所及竟然沒有移動支付的“二維碼”。正躊躇間，店主小姑娘笑瞇瞇的指指提示牌，赫然是“支付寶刷臉支付”。這讓我興趣悠然，立刻體驗一把我的移動支付“處女刷”。屏幕只有一個艾派德那么大，點“刷臉支付”，眼睛正視屏幕，提示“請輸入手機號碼”，然后就顯示“支付成功”！全過程不過15秒。我楞楞地問“這就付好了？”。“你還想付嗎？我也不反對啊！”她一邊遞過我所購物品一邊調侃道。回到侯車座位，立即打開我的手機支付寶，查看“支付寶賬單”，沒錯啊，剛剛支出的，金額一致，“分毫不差”啊！這“黑科技”，簡直了！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">子弟學校原址在化肥廠那兒，三棟平房。中間坐北朝南的那棟最大，東西兩間做教室，中間是老師的辦公室；東邊坐東朝西的那棟，只有一間教室；西邊那棟有兩間教室，中間有個過道，把兩間教室連在一起，那是幼兒園，也坐北朝南；南邊就是學校的操場。學校沒有圍墻，操場邊圍著一條溝，溝上用兩根木頭架起了小木橋，進出學校都要從小木橋上過。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">七歲（虛歲）那年，媽媽把我從安徽農村的姥姥家帶回來上學，報名那天，張敏老師不讓報，怎么都不相信我有七歲了，我媽說了不信，還問我:“你幾歲了？”我操著濃濃的安徽鄉下口音“七歲。”“你六歲吧？”“七歲。”雖然矮小，自己幾歲還是不含糊的。“不行，不行，太小了，去幼兒園吧。”沒辦法，媽媽只好帶著我和弟弟一起去幼兒園報了名。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">幼兒園里，跟我一起上大班的，都是比我小一歲的小朋友，如沈宏賓、周良忠們，我不會本地話，常常一個人玩。有一天，這幾個小男生欺負我，我就跑，他們追著我不放，我跑進教室關上門，用手拼命抵著，終因寡不敵眾，眼看著他們就要破門而入，我扭頭就跑，穿過過道跑到另一個教室，從那個教室門出來又回到了操場，這時有個女生對我說:快跑，沈宏賓拿石頭打你來了。我一看:媽呀，只見沈宏賓滿臉是血，手上舉著半塊磚頭還是一塊大石頭，我也沒看清，氣勢洶洶地在找我。原來他們太用力，在最前面的沈宏賓沖進教室時撞到了課桌上，鼻子撞出血了。我，只有一個念頭:跑！跑過操場，跑過小木橋，沿著回家的路跑，跑到調撥站那兒（那時是一片荒地，都是雜草，只有幾棵小樹，路，也是窄窄的小路，而我家在后來的化纖廠那里），回頭看看，沈宏賓沒追上來，便放慢了腳步，正不知何去何從時，曹寶裕老師從外邊回學校，迎面碰上了，“咦，你怎么跑這來了?快回學校去。”曹老師在前面走，我慢騰騰地跟著。等我回到學校時，曹老師已經在給沈宏賓洗臉了，我嚇得“哇”的一聲，大哭起來。曹老師很生氣:“你看你把人弄成這樣，你還哭！”我一邊哭一邊訴。等曹老師把沈宏賓洗干凈弄清事情原委，不但沒批評我，還安慰了我。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">這是我小時候闖最大的“禍”了。好像沈宏賓也沒記仇，也不記得了。[偷笑]</h3> <h3>腰鼓隊——吳海風</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">上世紀60年代末，康山煤礦為子弟學校購買了八只腰鼓，學校就組織高年級女生學習，我剛上二年級，長得又矮又小，沒資格。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">周末不上課，鄰居學姐們很喜歡帶我玩，她們去學腰鼓，自然也帶上了我。胡惠珍老師把最基礎的鼓點節奏畫在黑板上:咚啪、咚啪、咚～咚啪、咚啪，讓大家一邊背鼓點一邊學動作。學姐們在那里練習，我就在旁邊看。中途休息的時候，有個學姐解下自己的腰鼓給我:你敲敲看。我就試著敲起來，結果我學會了，胡老師看我學得不錯，敲得有模有樣，就讓我參加了腰鼓隊，成了最小的隊員。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">腰鼓隊可忙了，寒、暑假要到車間、井口演出，奪煤會戰勝利要演出，九大、十大召開，國慶游行都得拉出去演出。當時，在整個安吉縣算是“風景這邊獨好”的，很為礦里和子弟學校長臉，后來礦里又給學校增加了八只腰鼓，腰鼓隊壯大了。每年學校都有學生畢業，有腰鼓隊員離開，每年就要再培養一些隊員。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">到八十年代時候，我以老師的身份回校教書時，子弟學校不斷擴大，不僅有小學部，還有中學部，還辦過一屆高中。可不知為什么學校的腰鼓隊沒了，腰鼓被束之高閣，學生中也沒有會敲腰鼓的了。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">那年學校組織匯演活動，每個班級要出節目，學校還安排了腰鼓的節目，從初中各個班級抽學生學腰鼓，教腰鼓的任務，就落在了我和高黎霞兩位年輕老師的身上。腰鼓的技藝不是一下子就能學會、能熟練演出的。由于時間很緊，我們只好晚上在學校里加班教。</h3><h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">記得86年春天，學校初中部組織學生去余杭超山賞梅。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">當時我已懷孕，可我是班主任，不能推脫，硬著頭皮去了，還帶上了鄰居張福明家8、9歲大的兒子阿膩頭。我媽還不放心，跟同去的胡愛娟說，讓她照應點。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">那時沒有高速公路，沒有幽嶺隧道，從安吉到杭州一般都要兩小時左右的車程。特別是過幽嶺，雖沒有“山路十八彎，”也有八、九個彎道吧，一邊是山，一邊是深深的山谷，每每坐在車上看窗外的山谷，都挺害怕。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">高中畢業以后，國家1977年10月恢復高考。這22個高中生，在四五年內有6人通過考試離開農村成了吃商品糧的“居民戶口”。而那“半個居民戶”也按照國家“子女頂替政策”接他父親的班成了公辦教師。“考上來的”同學就內心不平衡了，憑什么我們“三更燈火、五更雞”的苦讀、“羊腸小道”“獨木橋”的才弄個“居民戶口”，他一“頂替政策”就和我們“平起平坐”了。想當初，考試成績“甩開幾條街、相差幾十分”呢！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">這樣的“吐槽”當然有道理，但“吐槽”者難免又被“吐”。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">因為這六個“考上來的”都有一個相同的身份“民辦教師”。那個時代，高中畢業要當個“民辦教師”可不是一般家庭可以辦到的。首先要滿足下放知青，然后才輪到本大隊的貧下中農子女。民辦教師的崗位有限，僧多粥少。為當“民辦教師”各種托關系走后門的辦法無所不用其極。而民辦教師的工作崗位對復習考試的小青年是得天獨厚的便利。更有甚者，這六個“考上來”的當中有三個是通過“民辦教師”招生渠道上的中等師范即“民師班”。“民師班”是單獨劃線錄取的，分數比普通考生要低好多。那些沒有當上“民辦教師”的高中同學就有話說了，“你爸媽本事大啊”，“如果我是民辦教師呢？”。現如今，這幾位都在教師崗位上退休了，和那“半個居民戶口”一樣，領著高出“農保”同學幾倍的退休工資享受著國家公務員的醫療待遇，“含怡弄孫，不亦樂乎”。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">是誰“讓孩子輸在起跑線上”的呢？</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">由此觀之，原生家庭對子女的影響是幾乎終身的。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我自己就是一個例子。我初中畢業沒有直接上高中，因為我父親那時候還戴著“歷史反革命”和“軍統特務”兩頂大帽子，我政審不合格。我在農村務農半年后才上了學。我高中只讀一年半，是同班同學讀了一個學期以后插班讀的。這就是原生家庭對我的負面影響。但是，我父母的文化程度是遠遠高于當時社會平均水平的，這樣的家庭條件對我們的影響又是極其正面的。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">據我父親自己說他16歲才上正規的學校讀書，但這以前他斷斷續續上過私塾，念過“四書五經”。安吉三中55周年紀念冊上明明白白記載著他是安吉三中的前身“安吉中正中學”1942屆的初中畢業生。后來，他又考入國民黨中央軍校，是正兒八經的“黃埔生”。我媽媽自稱“只是高小畢業”。那年代，小學1-4年級叫“初小”，5-6年級叫“高小”。“高小畢業”就意味著現在的小學畢業。這二老都是1920-30年代出生的人，這樣的文化程度在我國1950-60年代的農村是不多見的。所以，父母很重視對我們的教育。我哥我姐學齡前，我父親竟然自制“識字卡片”在家教他們認識了幾百個漢字。我弟弟牙牙學語的時候正是文革，到處都是花花綠綠的毛主席語錄和標語。父母抱著他天天對著“花花綠綠”指指點點，不經意間他成了“早慧兒童”。我初中畢業輟學期間我父親就對我說“你去新華書店買書來，在家自學吧！”。可惜，我那時候一腦子漿糊，把他的話當做耳旁風。否則，我的人生履歷就要改寫了。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> </h3> <p>眼 神——吳海風</p><p>在別人眼里，父親嚴肅古板不近人情，好多康山老一輩人怕他，稱他“吳毒頭”。可在家里，父親溫和、慈愛，對我們姐弟疼愛有加。很小的時候常有大人逗我“你要天上的星星，你爸也會摘給你。快問你爸要！”我有沒有要過天上的星星，我不記得了，有一件事卻一直銘記在心。</p><p>那是我7、8歲時的一個周末，父親上班帶我去了車庫，玩著玩著，耳邊刮到了父親有任務要去杭州，我便纏著父親也要跟去。父親極有原則，從來不帶我們出去的，這次父親怎么勸我回家我都不聽，像吃了秤砣鐵了心，不達目的不罷休。父親見我耍起無賴太難纏，自顧跳上車，啟動了車子，我一見，瘋了似的跑到車前，伸開雙臂擋在前面，車子慢慢往前移動——父親想把我嚇跑，我怒目圓睜，蠻橫地一動不動。父親無奈跳下車，向我走來，沒有打罵，更沒有呵責，微笑著看著我，溫暖的眼神里寫滿慈愛，輕輕地牽起我的手，溫和地說:“爸爸不去杭州了，我們回家吧！”回到家里，有我媽在，我乖乖地不再鬧騰了。晚上，父親回家我已經睡了，第二天早上我看到爸爸給我的禮物:一雙紅色的小雨靴。在六十年代末，大多數人套鞋都沒得穿，我這么小一個小孩兒，能有一雙彩色的小雨靴，何等的珍貴！在父親的寵愛下，我放肆地任性，盡情地撒嬌，無所顧忌地揮霍著父愛。而在母親和其他人面前，我乖得像只小貓兒一樣。</p><p>真正能理解父親慈愛背后的隱忍，是自己成家有孩子之后。父親已經退休，每天張羅著家里的一日三餐。為照顧年幼的兒子，我離開心愛的教師崗位，待崗半年后調到了經營部。每次周末帶著老公、兒子回家，還沒到家門口，就見爸爸從廚房探出半個身子，“爸爸”，父親微微笑著，輕輕地一聲“來了”便抽回身子，繼續忙活。不久，經營部出事了，又撤回到康山，中午我就在家吃飯，那段時間，我每天中午下班，都看見父親做好了飯，在門口向著我回來的路上張望。</p><p>一天下午，正在辦公室里，忽然聽見有人叫我:你爸爸來了。父親沒事不會到單位找我，況且中午剛剛一起吃的飯，我匆匆走出辦公室，見爸爸遠遠地站著，著急而無奈的眼神中，顯然還有點點淚水，“爸爸，出什么事了？”一邊問一邊跟著爸爸往回走，爸爸深深地嘆了口氣，“你媽和浪浪吵架了，吵的很兇！浪浪搬出去住了，我沒攔住，你媽在家哭！”父親著急又自責，幾句話說得結結巴巴。我回到家，我媽還在哭罵著，問清緣由，安撫著母親:看著他生氣的話，就讓他在外面住著，眼不見心不煩。我媽又哭開了，說:外面怎么行?吃睡都不如在家里好。我算聽明白了，我媽還是心疼小兒子的。“那好，先讓他外面住幾天冷靜冷靜，我再想辦法勸他回家。”我媽終于由焦躁逐漸平靜，而我爸在整個過程中像個犯錯的孩子無所適從，默默而愧疚地看著我們，一言不發。</p><p>一九九六年端午節之后，因我爸老說背上骨頭痛，大便拉不出來。我陪著父親在人民醫院做了一系列檢查，也許是當時的醫療設備和醫療水平的限制，沒查出毛病，父親回家去了。而我已調到百貨大樓，在家電部上班，六七月份正是電風扇、空調的銷售旺季，從上班開始到下班，忙得屁股都不著凳子。等輪休時回家看到父親，被嚇著了——父親瘦了一圈，精神極差，眼白泛黃。我又跟母親商量要繼續給父親做檢查。過了幾天，我正在柜臺里忙著，遠遠地看見父親走進了大樓，快步如風的爸爸已步履蹣跚，邁著飄忽的步子，挺拔的身姿也佝僂著，當父親走近，我和父親四目相對的那一霎，我的心顫抖了，我看到了讓我永生難忘的眼神:里面有失落的期盼，有對生命的渴望有全心的托付，那是自知病重的父親希望女兒能救他啊。 </p><p>女兒沒能救回父親，父親掛在墻上二十多年了，站在遺像前，無論在哪個角度，父親都似乎在看著我，眼神依舊溫和、慈愛。</p> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">俆兄，你也走得太快了點，快得我們都沒來得及和你個道別！沒有請你吃個飯，沒有和你來一次傾情長談……</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">那天在蘇州，羅老師跟我說，“我和徐中柱散步永遠跟不上他的節奏，只好各走各的”。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">是的。他的特點就是快，一起上班的時候，只要樓梯上或走廊里傳來“踢踢踏踏”緊湊的腳步聲，我們就知道：沒錯！領導來了！</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">他的“快”表現在他對工作的大刀闊斧。1987年下半年市里任命他為湖州市康山煤礦礦長（后任康山化纖總廠長黨委書記）。一上任，他就對十分敏感的干部人事制度動刀子，首先免去了一位副礦長，然后在兩個月里對全礦七個下屬單位的中層領導班子實行投標招標下的聘任制改革。對30年歷史的老企業干部隊伍“大洗牌”，觸動了一大批既得利益。人們深深的感受到他的不僅僅是“快”還有“辣”！ </h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">他的“快”體現在他對企業“多種經營”的前瞻性。現在大家都看到竹制品是安吉的支柱產業之一。可誰還記得1988年初在康山煤礦立新井我們已經有了康山化纖總廠制作品分廠，這是安吉縣最早的竹制品廠。2019年下半年以來豬肉價格以前所未有的速度上漲到新的高度，誰還記得1980年代末我們康山煤礦曾經有過年產3300頭豬的養殖場。當然，創辦這些企業的目的只是為了解決煤碳富余勞動力的出路。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">他的“快”體現在他對企業發展的提前布局。在他上任的頭兩年就借“橫向聯合”之大勢分別和湖州弁南鄉政府、安吉商業局、安吉縣政府聯辦弁南化纖廠、安吉襪廠、安吉簾子布廠。一方面解決了煤炭富余人員的出路另一方面為企業今后的發展奠定了基礎。雖然當時不被人們理解，但幾十年后回頭看，如果沒有聯辦的安吉簾子布廠就沒有后來的安吉化纖總廠、也沒有安吉化纖總廠和康山化纖廠先后與金輪集團的合作租賃。許多老工人對“租賃”感到“屈辱”，但在風雨如磐的九十年代末，“國有企業退出競爭行業”如雷霆之勢，宛如千鈞巨浪中一葉扁舟的我們，“租賃給金集團”也許就是徐中柱提早為我們搓好的一根“救命稻草”！</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">他是一個性格鮮明的、實實在在想為大家做點事的領導人。主政康山五年多，凸顯了他的俆氏風格和中柱色彩。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">那著名的康山煤礦30周年礦慶，一開始就以提前半年準備、預算10萬（那時一個中等小廠一年的利潤還沒有10萬）而頗有“慌牢牢”之嫌。臨到慶典之日，又恰巧碰上安吉“百年不遇”的七號強臺風。整個安吉路塌田毀、人仰馬翻、康山也一度停電停水停產。但他以極高的效率帶領我們恢復生產后，礦慶照搞不誤。結果被浙江廣播電臺的記者抓了辮子，以一篇《前方抗臺吃緊 后方礦慶緊吃》而引爆浙江輿論，一時間各種媒體狂轟濫炸。最后，以湖州市經委黨委在全委一紙通報批評收場。2020年2月，有人在浙江《錢江晚報》社的數字檔案里以“礦慶”關鍵詞搜索，竟然可以搜索出32年前的《送給大手大腳的廠長》的漫畫和批評“康山煤礦礦慶”的相關報道。他主導的這件事，已經遠遠超出他的初衷，估計會成為大學新聞傳媒教材的案例。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">其實把“大手大腳”的帽子戴在徐中柱頭上完全是張冠李戴。他不僅不是“大手大腳”的人，在企業內部管理上，在一些人眼里他甚至還有點“摳”，還有人老嘀咕他“算小賬”。和他一起出差，能搭便車的決不派車，能坐公交的決不坐火車，能坐火車決不坐飛機，所有吃住行都是“從簡而快”。他的“大手大腳”完全是為了企業的發展壯大。他的“摳”和“算小賬”還是為了企業。如果沒有一顆為企業為大家的心，何必背一個“摳”和“算小賬”的名而得罪大家呢？國有企業花的都是公家的錢，又不是他老徐家的錢。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我和徐廠長一起工作六年多，其中五年在他的直接領導下，我年紀輕輕由總廠辦主任而廠長助理而黨委副書記而總廠副廠長，他對我有知遇之恩。他至于我既是領導又是兄長。這一輩子，對我影響最大的人除了我的父親和我高中的班主任就是徐廠長了。他的突然去世，我是很悲痛的。正是因為心情的原因，我這篇文章從春節寫到現在都不能寫成。而且，今年新冠疫情的原因，天天宅在家里還有大把的時間。現在只能詞不達意的湊成這些段落了。</h3><p style="white-space: normal;
