-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      對于身處一線而不能經常外出培訓的我們而言，名師送教下鄉(xiāng)是給予我們最大的福利，讓我們走近名師，領略名師風采。2019年4月19日，在晨暮的籠罩中，尋甸小學語文名師工作室送教的老師驅車一個小時來到河口鎮(zhèn)北大營寄宿制完小送教，在期待與喜悅中，北大營上空的天顯得格外湛藍、格外清澈。</h3></font></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     第一、二節(jié)課呈現的是統編版二年級下冊《大象的耳朵》完整課時。這是一篇童話，主要講了小動物們都說大象的耳朵耷拉著,一定有病,大象聽了也覺得自己的耳朵有病,就用竹竿撐起來,結果被小蟲子吵得心煩。最后明白:自己是自己,別人是別人。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">    執(zhí)教第一節(jié)課的是尋甸小學語文名師工作室主持人王洪輝老師。<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">王洪輝老師，仁德二小副校長，昆明市小學語文學科帶頭人，尋甸縣小學語文名師工作室主持人！多年從事小學語文教學實踐與研究，秉承分享促進成長的理念，多次承擔公開課、示范課研討交流活動！</span></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">      在第一課時的教學中，王洪輝老師以看扇子，說扇子，識“扇”字入課，活用隨文識字，遷移識字等方法，幫助學生在掃清閱讀障礙的同時初步感知了課文內容。在教學中，王老師關注學生表達能力的訓練，注重學生讀書方法和識字方法的指導，真正做到了用課文來教語文，體現了語文工具性的學科特點。整堂課流暢且緊湊，既不拖泥帶水，也沒有顧此失彼，緊緊圍繞教學目標展開教學，亮點頻頻，精彩不斷。</span></h3> <h3>　　接下來由尋甸小學語文名師工作室成員段文芳老師執(zhí)教第二課時。<span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">段文芳老師本科學歷，副高級教師，柯渡鎮(zhèn)中心寄宿制完小教師，自1992年7月參加工作，從教27年中，一直從事小學語文的教育教學工作、班主任工作。曾被評為尋甸縣小學語文學科帶頭人、昆明市第六屆學科骨干教師等，現為尋甸縣小學語文名師工作室成員。教育格言：學得踏實，玩得痛快。</span></h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      段老師以復習導入、精讀課文、指導書寫、總結課文，拓展延伸來貫穿整堂課，用生動的語言，凝煉的問題引導學生在讀通課文的基礎上讀懂課文，并抓住大象怎么說、怎么做來進行朗讀指導，讓學生明白了“人家是人家，我是我”的道理。段文芳老師在各個教學環(huán)節(jié)的設計上都緊扣課程標準，關注學生的年段特點和認知水平，為參訓教師作了很好的示范。</h3></font></h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     習作教學是語文教學中的重點和難點，為了更好呈現習作教學的亮點，采取了同課異構的方式，首先執(zhí)教的是北大營寄宿制完小教師虞雁晴。虞雁晴，本科學歷，漢語言文學專業(yè)，一級教師，2007年9月參加工作，任教12年以來一直從事語文教育工作，有扎實的語文功底和較強的責任心，善于與學生溝通，是個盡職盡責、熱愛教育事業(yè)的老師。</h3></font></h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      虞雁晴老師以學生動手做雞蛋在鹽水中浮起來的實驗導課，激發(fā)了學生的寫作欲望。在教學中，虞老師引導學生通過觀察實驗過程，小組交流實驗報告，讀習作要求等環(huán)節(jié)，讓學生明確，本次習作重在把實驗過程寫清楚。在學生的專心習作之后，虞老師對學生的優(yōu)秀習作進行了展示和點評，培養(yǎng)了學生寫作的自信心，讓學生樂于表達，喜歡寫作。</h3></font></h3> <h3><font color="#010101"><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">    秦興麗，尋甸仁德三小教師，工作25年來，一直從事小學語文教學。積極參與學校和小語名師工作室的課題研究，多次承擔鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、教育局組織的送教下鄉(xiāng)和教學研究課任務，在市、縣、鄉(xiāng)各級教育部門組織的各類教學競賽中多次取得優(yōu)異成績。</h3></font></h3> <h3><p style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration: none;">     教學有法，教無定法，與虞雁晴老師同課異構的是秦興麗老師。秦老師把提高本次習作質量的關鍵放在實驗的操作和觀察上，在引導學生仔細觀察實驗過程之后，秦老師趁熱打鐵，為學生提供了寫出實驗經過和結果的表示順序的詞，降低了學生寫作的難度。在學生的習作片段完成之后，秦老師又讓學生把自己的習作與星級習作對照，指導學生修改習作，提高了學生當堂習作的質量。最后，秦老師結合學生習作展示，對學生進行了習作方法的指導，為學生寫好此類作文打下了堅實的基礎。</h3> <h3>　　四節(jié)課的課堂教學展示結束了，我們的心仿佛還游走在那一堂堂精彩的課堂中。</h3><h3> 下午13:30分，評課議課活動準時開展。</h3><h3> <span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">在下午的教學研討活動中，河口北大營完小的張校長對本次小學語文名師工作室的送教活動給予了充分的肯定，對展示精彩課堂教學的幾位老師做出了高度的評價，接下來由執(zhí)教的四位老師分享了自己的設計思路，讓參加活動的老師們對各有千秋的四堂課有了更深層次的理解，對統編教材的教學方式和習作教學有了全新的認識。隨后，在教科所賀天珍老師的主持下，參加活動的老師們對四堂課發(fā)表了自己的見解，大家暢所欲言，各抒己見，把研討活動推向了高潮。緊接著，賀老師以四堂課為例，緊扣課程標準，從專家的角度向老師們進行了教材教法的專業(yè)分享，讓參加活動的老師們如沐春風。活動最后，由河口鎮(zhèn)中心學校校長姜林老師總結發(fā)言，姜老師對此次送教活動做了充分的肯定，也對河口鎮(zhèn)的語文教育教學提出了新的希望。</span></h3> <h3>　　這次活動在北大營寄宿制完小開展，<span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">學校始建于1986年，經過30余年的發(fā)展，學校已發(fā)展為占地面積6226㎡，建筑面積4962㎡，綠化面積536㎡，體育場地4050㎡的農村標準化寄宿制學校。建成了多間教輔用房，包括計算機教室、德育室、音樂教室、美術教室、數學室、圖書閱覽室、實驗室、體育器材室等，面積共323㎡；所有音體美及實驗器材均按照云南省義務教育基本均衡發(fā)展I類標準配備。其中圖書室藏書 13503冊，生均圖書21.5冊；教學儀器設備總值61.72萬元。現有15個教學班，學生624名，平均班額45人。2009年學校經歷標準化寄宿制學校提升改造，校園面貌煥然一新。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
