-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">這里的“北?！保炔皇恰肚f子·逍遙游》中鯤鵬展翅的北冪，也不是當年蘇武技節出使，牧羊北海的貝加爾湖，更不是遠在南國的廣西北海，而是鑲嵌在中原名城許昌北大門的一顆明珠，滋潤著“北方水城”的一泓碧波。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     “城不在大，有水則靈” 。古老的許昌城，以“海”命名的地方僅有兩處。一處是位于魏都區，因建有“南海禪寺”而得名的“小南?！?，一處就是位于市區北部，因多個天然和人造湖泊相連而形成市區最大面積水體和休閑公園的“北海”。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     這里的“?！笔敲晒耪Z "海子" 的簡稱, 泛指內陸水面和湖泊。2013年以來，許昌市抓住面水北調中線工程竣工開通的歷史機遇，以打造“全國水生態文明城市”為抓手，及時啟動“中心城區水系連通工程”，相繼建成了82公里環城河道、5個形態各異的調蓄湖泊和4個大規模濱水林海，形成了多源互補、蓄泄兼顧、配套齊全、功能完善的城市生態水系，呈現出“河暢、湖清、水凈、岸綠、景美”的美麗畫卷，妝扮出了文明許昌“五湖四海畔三川、兩環一水潤蓮城“的亮麗新貌。其中建成最早、規模最大、人氣最旺的當數水域面積330畝、總面積630畝，以“龍騰四?！睘橹黝}的許昌北海。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      如今，環繞北海水域已建成了包括休閑娛樂、港灣商業、體育廣場、兒童樂園、水岸居住等功能的地標性“城市藍廳”北海公園，“一池碧水耀蓮城，一湖柔波蕩新區”，寧靜的湖面，蜿蜒的小徑，造型別致的亭臺樓榭，遮天蔽日的綠樹芳草，置身其間，宛若詩情畫意的北國江南。徜徉北海，撫欄臨風，看游魚戲水;
