“聚焦研究，磨礪成長”——幼兒園教師如何開展課題研究專題培訓

white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       做課題首先要清楚研究的是什么？要從研究標題中抓出研究的點，針對這個研究的點對它的概念進行界定。例如：課題標題是《戶外體育活動中功能區的創設與幼兒自主游戲發展的實施研究》，課題研究的點是戶外體育活動，<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">要對戶外體育活動概念和特點做了整理和了解，關鍵概念梳理清晰了，做課題才有思路，同時，對課題研究的范圍界定的越小，越容易對癥研究。</span></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">步驟二：弄清當前幼兒園存在問題，確定研究問題，提出課題設想。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       課題研究問題的起點要基于當前幼兒園存在問題。案例中戶外活動存在的問題有戶外高控、預設統一活動統一發展；材料問題缺乏循序漸進，無法滿足幼兒的體能發展需求；戶外規劃混亂，場地功能單一等。問題羅列出來之后要進行分析，然后提出課題設想。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2、在選題時滿腔熱血，做下來發現課題很難融入主題課程，變成獨立出來的課程，實施過程操作偏技巧，能力方面培養弱，耗時耗精力，又沒有意義。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">答：出現這個原因就是因為做課題立項選題過程中對幼兒園當前存在的問題不夠了解，導致課題實施過程困難做不下去。沒關系，這次出現問題就是非常寶貴的經驗，為今后的課題研究選題奠定了基礎。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
