-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1990年，我參加了全軍干部招生考試，被中國人民解放軍后勤學院錄取。9月初，我懷著喜悅的心情奔赴首都北京，開始了兩年的軍校生涯，這也我人生的第二次軍校生活。這年，第十一屆亞運會在北京舉辦，世界將目光聚焦在了北京，國人也由此收獲了信心；這年，我們二十六七歲，風華正茂，意氣風發(fā)，懷揣夢想；這年，我們聽從組織召喚，背起行囊，從祖國各地匯集在北京萬壽路——與總后勤部南門對過的解放軍后勤學院；這年，我們這些來自邊疆海島、雪域高原、林海大漠，來自陸軍、海軍、空軍各部隊的48名初級指揮軍官，組成了“參謀培訓第二隊”，開始了為期兩年的系統(tǒng)專業(yè)學習。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">期間，我們同吃、同住、同學習，結(jié)下了深厚的戰(zhàn)友情誼。在隊長政委帶領下，學完了大學文化基礎課程和軍事地形學、軍隊后勤文書學、軍隊后勤參謀學、軍隊后勤管理學等幾十門課程。我不會忘記，我的軍事地形學老師楊曉華教授。通過他的講解傳幫帶，我掌握了識圖，標圖，用圖等基本技能。我的軍隊后勤文書學老師孔慶程教授、周林和（部長）教授。是他們教會了我機關公文、學術(shù)論文、經(jīng)驗材料等寫作技巧。到現(xiàn)在仍讓我記憶猶新的人體比喻法——“主題是靈魂，結(jié)構(gòu)是骨骼，材料是血肉”；寫作方法及技巧——“材料提煉觀點，觀點統(tǒng)帥材料，材料說明觀點，觀點材料統(tǒng)一”；學術(shù)論文——必須牢牢把握“提出問題，分析問題，解決問題”………</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我不會忘記，我的軍隊后勤參謀學老師潘東盈等教授。通過他們的言傳身教，加深了對現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)爭后勤保障特點的理性認識，增強了謀略思維和組織計劃水平，打牢了后勤參謀作業(yè)的基本功，具備了實際工作和實戰(zhàn)素質(zhì)能力。我不會忘記，我的軍隊后勤管理學老師林孝誠等教授。在這里我們學習了軍隊后勤管理歷史，軍隊后勤管理理論，后勤專業(yè)管理學。懂得了軍隊后勤是一個大概念，軍隊后勤領導是一個高層次的管理，軍隊后勤指揮則是以上兩者的一個重要職能。通過學習我們掌握了部隊后勤管理和業(yè)務能力的基本知識和技能，熟知了后勤管理工作的特點及規(guī)律。時光飛逝，轉(zhuǎn)眼我的兩年軍校生活結(jié)束了。回到部隊后，時光飛逝，轉(zhuǎn)眼我的兩年軍校生活結(jié)束了。回到部隊后，我先后在團、師和集團軍三級機關任職。在團機關時參加了部隊在白城的實彈戰(zhàn)術(shù)演習，我負責戰(zhàn)勤及軍需保障，負責標繪后勤力量部署圖，這一段工作得到了機關領導的認可和好評。在師機關工作期間，經(jīng)常到旅團檢查生產(chǎn)生活管理情況，回來后及時寫出情況反映，為首長和機關管理和指導部隊“科學管理創(chuàng)效益，增收節(jié)支堵漏洞”適時提出合理化建議。調(diào)入集團軍機關后，多次參加集團軍首長機關帶實兵現(xiàn)地演習，多次隨集團軍首長下基層調(diào)研，親臨第一線參加“兩防”（防事故、防案件）的檢查指導。我通過積累第一手資料，寫出了多篇經(jīng)驗材料及學術(shù)論文，有的被全軍刊物登載。如今的后勤學院，已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)隸為中央軍委訓練管理部直屬院校。每次進京，在高鐵即將進站時我總會情不自禁地多看幾眼位于西客站近處的校園。可愛的母校，我愛你！尊敬的老師，我永遠感激感謝感恩你！ </h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
