<h3><font color="#333333"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">      為了進一步深入理解、掌握新課程新高考精神，立足課堂，科學(xué)備考，根據(jù)張家口市教科所工作安排，于2019年3月6日在</span><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">北京景山學(xué)校崇禮分校</span><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">召開了張家口市高中英語高三備考研討會。</span><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">崇禮區(qū)教育和科學(xué)技術(shù)局局長武世恒同志、張家口市教科所高中室主任趙宏遐同志、崇禮一中王勃校長及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子全體成員、</span><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">張家口市28所學(xué)校教學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、張家口市英語專家組成員及英語教師等200余人參加了本次會議。</span></font></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">      首先，王勃校長致辭并介紹了北京景山學(xué)校崇禮分校整體情況、課堂改革、校本思路及改革具體措施等，并</span><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">為學(xué)校未來發(fā)展設(shè)計了宏偉藍圖。</span><br></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      隨后，蔡雷副校長進行了《深綜改背景下提高高三英語教學(xué)有效性的探索與實踐》的專題講座。在講座中，蔡校長提出了優(yōu)化課堂教學(xué)前中后環(huán)節(jié)，實施“四環(huán)節(jié)”教學(xué)和優(yōu)化備考環(huán)節(jié)，提高備考的有效性等內(nèi)容，還分享了自己對于高中英語歷年真題研究的成果，并建議老師們通過現(xiàn)象看本質(zhì)，通過分析歷年的高考真題來把握命題的規(guī)律并制定相應(yīng)的教學(xué)策略。講座無論從內(nèi)容和形式上都得到了在座老師的高度評價，參會老師們紛紛表示受益匪淺。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      之后，參會老師們觀摩了分別由北京景山學(xué)校崇禮分校的夏小燕和<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">孟威萍兩位老師精心設(shè)計的寫作公開課。兩位老師的教學(xué)目標明確，</span><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">結(jié)合本校學(xué)生實際情況，教學(xué)過程設(shè)計合理，且注重學(xué)生的實際獲得，授課后贏得參會老師的一致好評。</span></h3> <h3><span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      趙宏遐老師總結(jié)會議的內(nèi)容并對下一步的研究方向進行指導(dǎo)，對研究工作進行了新的具體詳細的分工。她號召大家深入領(lǐng)悟核心素養(yǎng)下的高中英語悅讀模式的研究內(nèi)涵和價值，深度剖析課題研究中存在的問題，她鼓勵大家通過觀摩學(xué)習(xí)、合作共享、研討交流等方式提升自身的專業(yè)能力和教研能力，并對全體成員提出新的要求和殷切期望。</h3>
