-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        2018年4月26日、27日，我院舉辦了2018年青年護士技能競賽。各科室在全員培訓的基礎上，層層選拔、擇優推薦，從800多名護士中精選出60名選手參加了此次競賽。經過緊張激烈的角逐，決出全能一等獎3人、二等獎7人、三等獎10人，姜玫玲、王真真、茍田田榮立“中心醫院個人三等功”，姜玫玲等6人榮獲“中心醫院青年崗位能手”稱號。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        2018年5月9日，東營市慶祝第107屆“5·12”國際護士節護士禮儀展示及健康教育科普大賽在我院舉行。東營市衛生計生委及醫院領導出席開幕式，來自各縣區醫療單位的11支代表隊參加了競賽。我院參賽隊勇奪桂冠，榮獲禮儀展示團體一等獎。內分泌科護士姚珊珊憑借《由“崴腳”引發的懸案》獲得健康教育科普大賽個人一等獎。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        2018年5月12日，中華醫學會腸內腸外營養學分會護理學組“腸內營養小組”項目專家對重癥醫學科進行現場評審，對科室規范的腸內營養輸注流程、鼻腸管盲插技術的改進，B超引導下鼻腸管置入技術，胃殘余量的測定，腸內營養耐受性分級與管理等給予了高度評價。最終重癥醫學科順利通過評審，榮獲全國第二批、省內第七家“腸內營養護理小組”資質認證。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        2018年6月3日，在中華護理學會第27屆靜脈輸液治療專業委員會披“靜”斬“疾”病例分析大賽上，來自全國的468名代表著組成26個參賽隊進行了激烈的角逐。腫瘤醫院總護士長趙峰作為山東省參賽隊的一員，積極備戰，奮勇爭先，取得了團體一等獎的優異成績。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        2018年8月1日，“愛護天使行動——臨床護理人員心理關懷”項目啟動暨授牌儀式在我院舉行。作為全國第50家醫院啟動該項目，充分體現了我院對護理人員的關愛，希望廣大護理人員能夠更好地感知幸福，提升為患者實施心理護理的能力。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        2018年8月23日，勝利油田中心醫院醫聯體2018年“強質量·重內涵-護理急救技能競賽”在我院成功舉辦。來自勝利油田中心醫院、利津分院、廣饒分院、墾利分院、新區醫院以及勝東醫院的19支隊伍參加了“單人徒手心肺復蘇術、簡易呼吸器使用技術兩個單項及心肺復蘇團隊綜合急救能力”比賽。此次競賽進一步加強了醫院醫聯體之間交流合作，對全面提升醫聯體醫院護理隊伍整體素質、推動護理團隊建設起到重要作用。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">         2018年11月1日，護理部舉辦了2018年臨床護理帶教老師教學技能競賽。競賽活動從9月初開始籌備，13個片區分別開展了帶教老師教學技能競賽選手的選拔工作，經過層層選拔20名帶教老師參加了護理部組織的初賽，最后9名帶教老師入圍決賽。參賽老師進行15分鐘授課，以各專業疾病觀察護理與急救為題材，理論、臨床病例、前沿知識相結合，精彩講授護理知識。最終孟杰榮獲一等獎，李興云等3人榮獲二等獎，賈敏等5人榮獲三等獎。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        2018年12月26日，醫院護士長考核評委組對57名各臨床護理單元的護士長及主持工作的副護士長進行了述職考核。各位護士長分別對2018年度科室綜合目標完成情況、崗位履職、2019年工作計劃及設想進行了匯報。此次護士長述職考核是對我院護理隊伍的一次檢驗，同時開啟了2019年新的征程。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
