3、飲食上,雜食不偏

餐前時(shí)段:
7:00起床;起床后靜坐、做50個(gè)呼吸吐納;左右手交替梳頭共100次;做鳴天鼓、聰兩耳、擊枕處等動(dòng)作;在陽臺(tái)打一套八段錦。


【養(yǎng)生解讀】
靜坐:上身自然放松,頭位正直,自然閉目,兩手置于腹前相互輕握,自然呼吸,排除雜念,靜坐約30分鐘。靜坐可于晨起、入睡前進(jìn)行,可靜養(yǎng)安定心神。


梳頭:每天用牛角梳,在起床后梳頭100次,可按摩頭皮、頭部神經(jīng),改善大腦血液循環(huán),同時(shí)鍛煉手臂力量,預(yù)防肩周炎。


聰兩耳:雙手食指插入耳孔,先向前旋轉(zhuǎn),再向后旋轉(zhuǎn),然后突然放手,持續(xù)50次。可保持聽力,防治老年耳鳴、耳聾(無器質(zhì)性病變者)。


擊枕處:雙手五指微曲,用食指、中指、無名指為主,輕擊后枕部,來回50次。可有效改善睡眠,輔助治療頸椎病、頭痛、鼻塞。

午間散步:鄧鐵濤經(jīng)常會(huì)在午間下樓圍著小區(qū)空地慢慢踱步,走上10來圈,直至身上微微出汗、渾身溫暖舒坦才回家。他稱這種方法為“午間散步采陽養(yǎng)生法”。


從中醫(yī)的角度來看,正午是一天中自然界陽氣最盛的時(shí)候,人體內(nèi)的陽氣跟自然界一樣達(dá)到相對(duì)旺盛的狀態(tài),選擇這個(gè)時(shí)候散散步,可進(jìn)一步提升體內(nèi)的陽氣,從而起到采陽補(bǔ)腎的作用。

3、飲食上,雜食不偏
