white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 11月13日上午在烏市第50中學四樓錄播教室。水區“余映潮語文工作室”“統編初中語文自讀文本課型設計教學展示”活動如期舉行。前來觀摩學習的區內外教師近200人，其中除了水區中學語文老師外，還有來自新疆師范大學南北疆國培班的老師、新疆教育學院國培班的老師和外區縣的部分老師們。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 活動先是由三位骨干教師：53中陳靜、50中學石紅艷和86中安亞敏3位老師分別呈現了3節統編初中語文七、八、九年級自讀文本教學的示范課。其中陳靜老師教授的七年級上第五單元自讀課文《動物笑談》一課，十分重視教師引導下的學生自主學習文本，陳老師通過三個活動設計，很好地落實了本節課的教學任務：引導學生抓住本文幽默詼諧的語言特色，以“笑中找趣事”，限時8分鐘，默讀文本，要求教師用生動的語言復述故事的方式訓練學生的概括能力；用“跳讀課文，笑中品語言”的任務驅動引導學生利用旁批，批注品析本文風趣幽默的語言風格；以“精讀一段，仿寫一段”的活動設計，訓練學生讀寫結合的實踐能力，教學思路清晰，方法指導到位；石紅艷老師教授的八年級上第四單元《昆明的雨》一課，關注單元提示和自讀提示，重視知識積累和語言學用，指導學生有讀、有品、有寫，讓學生在扎實的自讀訓練中提升對散文的鑒賞能力；安亞敏老師授課的九年級上《劉姥姥進大觀園》一課，教師對教材的研讀有深度，教學目標提煉的精準：人物形象評析及寫法鑒賞；在課容量大的情況下，深入研讀教材，精心設計學習活動，特別是整體感知文意環節，采用“給課文題目添加詞語或短語的方式，引導學生讀懂文意，教師對此環節的小結非常到位；對劉姥姥人物形象的評析活動設計又巧妙地利用了教材文本后面的“知識補白——關聯詞語的學習”，讓學生不僅用四字短語，還要用上關聯詞語“雖然，……但是…… ”“不僅，……而且……”的句式概括“劉姥姥”這一典型形象，可謂匠心獨運。從3位教師對自讀文本的解讀中我們可以看到，余映潮老師“板塊教學”理念已經在老師們課堂生根開花。教師們對自讀課型的建設和實際操作有了全新的認識，得到了與會教師們的好評。課后的評課、議課環節，大家各抒己見，從教材解讀、活動設計、教師方法指導、甚至教學細節及評價語等諸多方面爭先恐后對三位教師的課堂進行了精彩的點評。南疆阿克蘇的一位教師說，“看了水區老師們上的課，我們才知道語文課原來可以不用一句提問就可以落實教學目標，相比我們的課堂真的是太碎片化了?！?lt;/h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 為進一步促進教師們很好地利用統編初中語文教材，切實落實好統編初中語文教材“三位一體”教學理念，特別是針對教師們困惑的教讀課文和自讀課文課型不分，篇篇細講、精講的現狀，我們在13日下午還搭建了由水區第四屆“三類人”教師（也是水區余映潮語文工作室的骨干教師）組成的“教師論壇”活動，就是想在教學實踐的基礎上，實現更新教師教學的理念，強化統編教材教讀和自讀課型意識，按照余映潮老師秋季培訓的專題講座《統編初中語文教材與閱讀課堂教學的課型建設》的要求，不斷反思總結，提升教師解讀教材，利用教材資源，訓練學生語文學習技能的目的。此次論壇工作室11位教師結合自己的日常的教學實踐，著重從統編初中語文自讀文本的教學設計理念的轉變、教學目標的落實、自讀文本的資源利用、自讀方法的指導等方面談了自己思考和做法，彰顯了自己的教學智慧，讓聽會教師獲益匪淺。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 語文教學，如何去粗存精、刪繁就簡，就看一個老師的教學功底；語文教學，就是一個從看不見到看得到，從看不清到看清晰的修煉過程。針對我區近兩年青年教師不斷增加，急需培養新人，為幫助他們盡早站穩講臺，將他們盡快造就成為專業素養強，教學水平高的骨干教師。我們在前九屆青年教師課堂教學大賽的基礎上，利用本次教育教研月的有利時機，11月20~21日兩天我們分別在烏市第87中和31中學分初、高中組進行了“水區第十屆中青年教師課堂教學技能比武之微課大賽暨混合編班班級國語教學推進展示觀摩活動”。本著錘煉青年教師教學基本功，提升青年教師專業素養的目標，此次活動我們仍然采取微課的形式，以“同題異構”方式，旨在訓練青年教師解讀文本，整合文本資源，優化教學環節，深入落實余映潮老師“板塊教學”重視知識積累、語言學用、技能訓練、集體活動的理念，通過這樣的“同題異構”，讓教師深入鉆研教材，促成同一文本內容的整合，讓教法多樣化，避免語文教學的零碎敲打。為此,我們選擇了七、八兩個年級的課文作為賽課的內容。七年級我們設計兩篇課文，教讀課文《蚊子和獅子》《狼》這兩篇傳統課文來訓練教師解讀文本的能力；八年級我們設計的是自讀文本《蟬》和《夢回繁華》；也是想在課型設計上有所區分。高中組的賽課內容我們選擇的是高一必修1的《我有一個夢想》《在馬克思墓前的講話》；高二年級選擇的篇目是選修篇目《春江花月夜》《蘇幕遮 》（周邦彥），從教師們授課的情況看，主要表現在以下幾點：</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
