font-size:22px;"> 人們都知道茅臺、五糧液是酒中的極品，但不知道小麥中的極品是何品種，這里我告訴您：小麥中的極品是“和尚頭”小麥，尤其是甘肅省景泰縣寺灘鄉旱砂地生長的和尚頭小麥。 </b></h1><h1><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size:22px;"> 和尚頭小麥的麥穗無芒，故名和尚頭。它的特點是極耐旱，但產量低，面粉筋骨大，和面時比較費勁，口感好，有特殊的面香味。做拉面不用放任何添加劑，一根就能拉出一碗。（現在各地的“蘭州拉面”，都是放了化學“拉面劑”或者"蓬灰液"的，也有相當部分還沿用傳統，放的是水蓬草燒成灰的灰水，相比化學“拉面劑”來說，也算是“綠色”的了。）</b></h1><h1><b style="color:rgb(255, 138, 0); color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> “和尚頭小麥”具備極強的抗旱、耐瘠薄、耐鹽堿性能。在土壤含水僅有5%～10%的極干旱土壤上，也能開花結實，土壤含鹽量不超過0.3%時，生長正常。全生長期內不需要追肥。“和尚頭小麥”的另一特點是高效益、低成本、由于“和尚頭”在種植中，基本不施化肥、農藥，所以無污染，是地地道道的無公害綠色食品。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 明代以前，蘭州地區種植小麥，僅限于市區近郊。而蘭州城北廣大地區，即現在永登秦王川、皋蘭、景泰等地，景泰的主種區為寺灘鄉。這里降水多集中在7月、8月、9月，占年降水量的80%。相對濕度平均為54%，絕對濕度為6.6毫巴，干燥度為1.89，干旱是影響農業生產的主要災害性天氣。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size:22px;
