<h3><font color="#ed2308"><b>編者按</b></font></h3> <h3>讀萬卷書，行萬里路。寒假中，孩子們在父母的帶領了，開始了游歷探索世界的歷程。大多數孩子都能用所學的有限的英語完美地記錄下了他們的足跡和心得。這是我們第三次搞這樣的征文活動，這次孩子們的參與人數和文章質量都大有提高。選取了其中一些比較有特色的文章和大家分享。讓我們一起從孩子的視角和認知，來領略一下我們這個美妙的世界。</h3> <h3><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">Meeting Big Snow In Shanghai</b></h3> <h3>浦東新區進才實驗小學 五⑵班 徐清亮</h3> <h3>I always believe that the winter could bring me such amazing experience if it could snow. Actually it doesn’t snow often in Shanghai’s winter. We luckily had a very cold winter with heavy snow during this winter vacation. <h3>One morning of this winter vacation , I got up and looked out of . ‘Snow!’ everything is covered by the snow cloth, house roofs, roads, gardens, car roofs, outdoor chairs, etc. The whole world was cleanly whitened by snow, such a beautiful snow. It’s a good time to make snowmen, just like the snowman in ‘Frozen’. </h3><h3>It’s so cold of snow, and we had to wear gloves and collected snow. With Mum’s helping, I made a nice snowman. The eyes and nose was decorated by berries. So funny! </h3><h3>It is a proverb that An Auspicious Snow Made A Good Harvest. Wish everyone’s wish becomes true in the year of 2018. </h3><h3><br></h3></h3> <h3><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">The Five Goats Statue</b></h3> <h3>浦東新區進才實驗小學 五⑵班 王軼誠</h3> <h3>During the winter holiday, I went to Guangzhou. There I found the Five Goats Statue. The Five Goats Statue is the symbol of both the mountain and the city. It stands on the stone stair of Mount Yuexiu. Every year, many people come to see it.<h3>The legend dates back to long time ago. Five gods with their five goats came to save the people from the famine disaster. After doing that, they went back to heaven, but the five goats didn’t go together with them. Instead, they joined together and turned to a big stone, in order to protect this land. Owing the legend, the statue has become the landmark of the city, showing the brilliance of Guangzhou. Next time you go to Guangzhou, you can see this statue at first. Maybe the five goats will bless you forever. I like my winter holiday!</h3><h3><br></h3></h3> <h3><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">A Nice Moment </b></h3> <h3>浦東新區進才實驗小學 五⑵班 華雋怡</h3> <h3>During this winter holiday，I got a chance to play the piano on the New Year Concert. It was my turn soon. I walked to the stage and began to play the piano. At the very beginning, I was very nervous. I almost forgot everything. I did not know what to on the stage. But a few seconds later，I was relax. Finally，I played the piano very successfully. The audiences applauded very loudly. I was happy.</h3> <h3><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">Skiing In Hokkaido</b></h3> <h3>浦東新區進才實驗小學 五⑵班 孟詩琦</h3> <h3>During this winter vacation, I went to Hokkaido, Japan. Hokkaido was a very fun and interesting city. <h3>It was winter, so Hokkaido was very cold and had a big snow every day. My family and I decide to ski there. There was two kinds of skiing you can choose. One was you stand on the ski. Another was you sit on the sled. I really want to try the first method, but my mother disagree. She said it is too dangerous. So I tried the second one.</h3><h3>Actually it was interesting too. First, you must take the armrest elevator to the snow mountain. Next, you can choose a sled what you like. Then, sit on the sled, and be ready to go down. Finally, begin to slide down. </h3><h3>When I slid down, the wind was singing softly near my ear. l felt very comfortable. I played more then a dozen time!</h3><h3>I love Hokkaido! The snow was so nice ! I hope I can visit Hokkaido again.</h3><h3><br></h3></h3> <h3>A Visit To My Grandparents </h3> <h3>浦東新區進才實驗小學 五⑵班 潘禹霖</h3> <h3>The winter holiday is coming. I’m so excited. I like my holiday very much. Because it is interesting in my winter holiday. Let’s enjoy it.<h3>During this winter holiday, l go to the countryside to see my grandparents. When l arrive there. It is cold. But the country’s air is better than the city. I look up the sky, it is so blue. And I look down, there are all kinds of vegetables in the ground, such as cabbages, onions, green vegetables and so on. I walk to my grandparents’ house. It is very big and beautiful. After lunch, l play chess with my grandpa. lt is so fun. After that, I go to shopping with my grandma. In the evening, we played fireworks in the yard. The fireworks are colorful. They show amazing pictures in the sky. Airline stewardess with smile to welcome us. They wear clean and tidy and with such a sweet smile. Give a person a kind of friendly feeling. They are busy working all day. Isn't it in order to bring us happy and comfortable flight experience?</h3> <h3><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">The Universal Studios In Japan</b></h3> <h3>浦東新區進才實驗小學 五⑵班 施哲煒</h3> <h3>During the winter vocation, I went to Japan. It lies in the northeast of China. It is a clean and beautiful country. During the trip, I like the Universal Studios in Japan best. There were many recreation facilities.<h3>My mother and I went to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. It was a mysterious world. And I am a fan of Harry Potter. First I drank the butter beer. It tasted very nice. And I bought a magic wand. Then a brother thought me how to use the wand! I stood there and shook the magic wand. And I did it! It was amazing! I was so happy!</h3><h3>I loved this place too much. My father told me that we would go to see the sun rise the next day.<h3>Early that morning, we came to the seaside. The sky is dark and I felt cold. There is a red line on the sea far away. Suddenly, a red spot appeared and became bigger and bigger. It is the sun. A few minutes later, the sun rise out of the sea totally and the golden sunshine spread to the sky and the sea.</h3><h3>What a amazing scene!</h3><h3><br></h3></h3> <h3><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">A Visit To Ocean World</b></h3> <h3>浦東新區進才實驗小學 五⑵班 楊涵婷</h3> <h3>During the winter holiday, I went to Okinawa, Japan with my parents. We visited a lot of interesting places there. <h3>The most interesting place is the Ocean World. There are a lot of ocean animals there. I saw large killer whales. It’s the first time I’ve been so close to a killer whale. Then I bought some fish and fed the sea lions. It was very interesting to see the sea lions eat fish. After that, I went to see the dolphins’ shows. The dolphins were very cute. I like them. I also saw the penguins and so on. I had a very busy day because there were so many things to see and to do in the Ocean World.</h3><h3>I had a wonderful time.</h3><h3><br></h3></h3> <h3><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">The Zip Line</b></h3> <h3>浦東新區進才實驗小學 五⑵班 李許諾</h3> <h3>This winter vacation I went to the Yanoda Rainforest. There are so many tropical trees and flowers in the rainforest. It is such a good place to learn about plants. We went to play the Zip Line. My mother and I climbed onto the top of a high mountain and then we took the Zip Line down the mountain. Before the ride I felt so scary because it looked so high and the line was steep. I sat in a bucket trembling all over and slid down the mountain. The wind blew over my face. I was soaring like a bird over the sky. The clouds floated around me. When I raised my hands I could touch it easily. Everything was so small under my feet. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath… Soon, I arrived at the foot of the mountain and it was too fast to fear! <h3>What a wonderful experience! I LOVE ZIP LINE!!!</h3><h3><br></h3></h3>
