class="ql-block">張偉（覺圣）先后畢業于解放軍藝術學院美術系、天津美術學院中國畫系、獲文學學士學位。后入中國國家畫院人物畫課題班專題研究水墨人物。曾任教于天津美術學院中國畫系、北京民族大學美術系。曾為《今日中國美術》副主編、百花文藝出版社副編審、《今日先鋒》美術總監。</p><p
